This restaurant is INCREDIBLE!!! Exactly what Chattanooga needed. From the food to the extraordinary hospitality…10/10 recommend. We had an outstanding evening for our double date. My fiancé and I came here for brunch with two friends, and we all really enjoyed our visit. The decor and atmosphere alone are worth the trip — it’s such a thoughtfully designed and inviting space.
We tried the pistachio-inspired espresso martinis, which I’ll admit I was hesitant about at first since I already knew what I wanted, but I gave it a shot — and it was actually really nice! The shrimp appetizer was decent; while I’m a veggie lover, I found the dish itself a little underwhelming with just a few shrimp and some thin crostini, though it was flavorful. The guys ordered oysters and loved them.
For entrées, I had the orecchiette pasta and really enjoyed it — everyone agreed the dishes were flavorful and beautifully presented. We did have to leave a bit abruptly since we were seated on the patio and the weather turned fast, but the staff handled it so well. They were quick with the check, our server was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, and overall the service was excellent.
We’ll definitely be back — maybe for dinner next time!

Yet another great addition to the southside. The setting is amazing and can be both super posh as well as super friendly. Not surprising that they kill it when it comes to service given they have hired seasoned, experienced servers who understand exactly what Service is.
The chef and his team clearly know what they’re doing, and I’m surprised every time I go there by the additions to the accoutrements and different spins on what you think you would already know from this town. They set themselves apart.
Though my New Year’s resolution has been to cut back drinking I still find their bar service to be accommodating and creative with mocktails that make me feel like I’m still imbibing in the best.
New favorite on a strand of favorites the southside offers. Will be returning… often

We came to visit Camila while in town for a concert and it definitely was a worthwhile experience!
Portions were just right for an app, main, and dessert. We left with one small box.
The menu is so thoughtfully crafted, you can tell the folks there put a lot of time and effort into their choices. Everything felt cohesive, intentional, and unique without being “weird.”
Also – had the 11 year old with us, and while there isn’t a kid’s menu she was able to order an app (raviolo) and main (short rib) she absolutely adored and everyone was super great to her, even making her a mocktail.
From sit down to paying our tab we spent about 90 minutes at Camila but didn’t feel rushed or like we overstayed our welcome. The drinks were served promptly and apps, main, and dessert all came spaced out enough that we had time to chat and savor the dishes.
We will definitely be making this a regular spot when venturing to Chattanooga!

Recently ate here for a girls night out. The atmosphere in Camilla’s is perfect, wine selection is the best in the city, and the food is outstanding. I had the arugula salad, Roasted cauliflower, lobster roll, and Raviolo. Every one was so good that I wouldn’t be able to pick a favorite. Our server was very knowledgeable and made excellent wine recommendations. This was my second visit, and I will definitely go again.

Estupendo! This is now our favorite go-to place in Chattanooga. Outstanding and creative menu that is well executed. Very good wine list with interesting selections. Ever had a confit of octopus charred? Excellent! The Raviolo is delicious.

Myself and 4 friends went for dinner last Friday because reviews online were fantastic. Honestly and unfortunately, we were all pretty disappointed. The wine was the best part by far. The food was just okay and the portions were insanely small. Our waitress advised that most people get several plates to share, but each item brought to our table was only big enough for each person to have one small bite. We left hungry. Service was fine but a manager didn’t do a table touch, which as someone who worked in the industry for years, I 10000% expect at a restaurant that upscale. I made us a reservation days in advance and we still had to wait 30 minutes for a table to open up. Luckily there was space at the bar to wait but the bartenders sort of acted like they were annoyed that they had to serve us. I could see that they were busy and totally understand the overwhelming job they hold, but at the end of the day, I’m a patron and expect to not feel like a burden at the VERY least. Overall just underwhelming and drastically different from what we expected.

Loved everything about our experience at Camila! From the food to the service to the ambiance, just an all around great date night spot. Biggest shout out to our amazing server, Daniel, who made sure we were taken care of the entire time and was very knowledgeable about drink and meal choices. The shallot tarte was perfectly flaky and the flat iron steak was cooked to perfection. It all paired great with their spin on a cosmo which was the perfect amount of sweet without being overpowering. Newer spots can sometimes miss the mark, but Camila certainly didn’t. Next time, we’re bringing friends! 🙂
