Cambridge Market & Cafe is a delight! Fast, tasty food, with lots of options, and super friendly service. I had the four-vegetable plate with mac ‘n cheese, broccoli salad, green beans, and mashed potatoes. The green beans were well seasoned and still had some bite left. The mashed potatoes were rich and creamy, and the mac ‘n cheese was solid. The broccoli salad was a little sweet and mayo-y for my personal taste but still made with evident care. I also enjoyed the corn cake. It seemed made from a mix of cornmeal and flour and was slightly sweet.
The lady who took my order was very helpful and gave me a run down (and a free drink!) when I told her it was my first visit.

I believe that I have just discovered my new favorite restaurant. Incredible food–the pimento cheese fondue on the South of Manhattan is delicious (You will want to lick your plate). The KY Cuban is the best Cuban sandwich I have ever eaten. And the pineapple upside down cake with caramel icing was so, so good. Also, the staff was so nice and friendly. Eat here–the food at this place easily deserves 5 stars. UPDATE: I went back for a second visit–the food was just as delicious and the staff was just as friendly as before. Great restaurant!

We were here for a private event to honor the life and legacy of a wonderful lady who loved this cafe especially the chicken salad and fruit tea both of which I can say were outstanding. The event was catered verses individual ordering from a menu. If you need an event catered, I would highly recommend.
All the food featured was wonderfully presented, fresh farm to table, cooked fantastically and the taste was heavenly. The chocolate macadamia nut cookie, mmmm, little piece of heaven. Everything was great with great service and a clean restaurant. Highly recommend.

I had such an amazing experience here! The food was absolutely incredible, but what really stood out was the customer service. I accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant, and Natalie went above and beyond to help me get it back. She coordinated everything so kindly and even packed some food for me. It’s rare to find great food and genuinely kind people in one place. I can’t recommend this restaurant enough! Thank you Natalie so much, I really appreciate it!! -Landon

I’ve had Cambridge market sandwiches before and they’re very good but this time I had their Cajun chicken pasta. It was absolutely delicious. I Highly recommend it. The service was fast. The prices are very reasonable, and the food is really good.

Original Cambridge market still gives a decent meal! They are doing remodeling but you can still sit down for a meal if you like. Menu varies depending on the day or the supplies and they serve hot sandwiches and a few cold. My favorite is and always will be the cold chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It’s creamy, has bursts of sweet with the grapes, and is complete with walnuts. So worth it just for that even if the restaurant presentation is basic by all accounts.

Our first visit to Cambridge Market & Cafe, and was very pleased! Clean, spacious dining area, was a comfortable atmosphere with lots of windows to sit by and enjoy the fall sunshine. Menu has a large selection of sandwiches and entrées, and we ended up with the Cajun Chicken Pasta and the Roast Beef Manhattan. Both dishes came out hot and fresh in about 5-10 minutes from ordering, and were delicious. The Cajun pasta was just spicy enough, with green peppers, red chilis, and grilled chicken in an Alfredo sauce spiced up and full of flavor. The Manhattan has smoked roast beef open faced on a sourdough bun with the mashed potato and covered in gravy. Delicious to the last bite!

Tonight, very close to closing time of 7pm, I ordered a Cobb Salad. I was greeted pleasantly by the cashier who asked if this would be for here or to go.
I have visited the Market before and I have to say that the service tonight was exceptional. I also had the opportunity to meet Jarell Lewis the Kitchen Manager/Chef.
Jarell shared with me about the Cambridge Market opening off Campbell Lane. I’m looking forward to them opening, because it is located closer to me and I enjoy the food.
