Best buffalo pizza in Cambridge. Just enough kick. Comes with ranch sauce, but they omit it for me. Can’t go wrong with plain, either.
Hot pizza & open late! Even in a snow storm at night, people were still coming in to get pizza via dine in, take out, & delivery.
Great location near Harvard, CHA Hospital, Cambridge Public Library, coffee shops, & the high school. 69 bus stop & street parking are right outside. No ramp or stairs at the entrance.
Really nice guys. They keep it moving. Old school pizzeria vibes. Not fancy or fussy. Not cluttered. You can eat by yourself at tables for two or as a group at tables accommodating 4-5 people.
Expect to spend ~$10 for slices & drink combo. Pies range from $15-25.

SM Buffalo Chicken Calzone: My first time trying Calzone. The Chinese translation, “披薩餃(pizza dumpling),” is quite apt . The chicken was breast part, which inevitably became a bit dry and tough after long roasting. The marination wasn’t deep enough, or rather, the overall seasoning was too bland; I could barely taste the spiciness that Buffalo marinade should have. The crust was decent, reached the chewiness standard of a pizza. There wasn’t much cheese, but it was quite fragrant. The biggest surprise was the two dipping sauces: pizza cheese and blue cheese. The sourness of fermentation was quite pronounced, adding a lot of fun to the taste.

Cambridge Italian Pizzeria is my go-to lunch spot when I’m at work nearby, and it’s truly a gem. Every time I stop in, I try something new and it’s always delicious. The two gentlemen who run the shop are incredibly kind — they know me by name and always greet me with a warm “Hi Mickey” as soon as I walk through the door. The place is clean, the food is consistently great, and the hospitality is unmatched. It’s rare to find a spot that feels this welcoming. Highly recommend!

By far, one of the best pizza spots surrounding the Boston area. I happened to come across this place while visiting a family member in the hospital nearby. I got pizza and the chicken broccoli Alfredo—everything was so flavorful and on point. The ingredients tasted so incredibly fresh. The owners were very kind and attentive. Beshra was so very accommodating for me and my family. Really good pizza, authentic Italian – homemade crust. Excellent sauce and cheese ratio and pairing!
We came in on a night. It was snowing, and our 3-month-old was acting very fussy. Beshra welcomed us like family and made us feel comfortable, thank you so much!
