All of the recipes at Calloway’s TN kitchen start with a base of quality ingredients that are locally sourced, when possible, and made fresh. Each item is made daily with that same spirit of how our family cooks in our own kitchen. We crack our eggs each morning, our chicken is hand breaded, hamburgers are made with fresh ground beef, and the pimento mac n cheese is made with real cream. Blt with Benton’s bacon was excellent. French fries were crispy, but tasteless. Pimento mac and cheese was okay, but we had to add picante sauce to give some flavor. Overall a decent gas station meal. We will go back again.

They’d score higher if they could actually get my order right for once. I keep paying for extra toppings that they ALWAYS forget. I’m not exaggerating when I say every time. I order the same thing 1x-2x a week and it’s not been right once. Are employees even trained to look at the tickets? They’ve always remade it when I ask, but several times I didn’t have time to wait. Do better.

Ordered the local. Employee that finished my order forgot the gravy. Had to drive back to get the gravy they forgot. Also added an egg. After 2 drives to this location the egg was completely cold and is overcooked. Usually love this place but they need to step it up.

Calloway kitchen is a hidden gem. I got to learn yesterday they make everything homeade. And trust me when I say you better get their pimento Mac and cheese! I got the chicken tenders that they egg wash and bread themselves. Mickey gave me a free sample of the Mac and cheese and let me tell you I left with a quart to take home for my dinner. Also if you want breakfast it’s the closest thing to homeade you will get. Thank you again Mickey for the best customer service I have ever received and wonderful food. You are a doll!

Stopped in at Calloway’s to get dinner last night. This restaurant is just a window in an Exxon gas station. Being my first time the guy walked me through the process. You place an order on a touch screen computer and pay at the gas station register. It was easy and convenient once I got it figured out. I got two chicken tenders and onion rings. The chicken is super fresh made to order with a fantastic breading. Crunchy breading with tender white meat chicken. A selection of dipping sauces is available. A large portion of batter dipped onion rings. Cooked very well crunchy and chewy. My girlfriend got crinkle cut fries that she liked. This place is a little expensive but the quality is there and that’s what counts. I dont mind expensive if the food is good and that’s the case here. I’m going back to try a burger for sure. I would reccomend you check out Calloways for a good quick meal on the go.

Wow! Smash burger with Benton’s Bacon and an Egg was AMAZING! This was hands down better than any take out around. Don’t sleep on this restaurant, and don’t let it discourage you that it’s in a gas station. Delicious

The food is excellent. However, the lady at the drive thru taking orders and collecting money was rude. She said the right words, but her tone, huffs, and push-iness were not customer service oriented.

I have gone here consistently for months. I will not be going back. There is simply 1 person in their entire team of employees who is competent, and if she isn’t there your order will be wrong. Good luck going through drive through if there is even a single car in line! It will take 20-40 minutes.

This is not a sit-down restaurant; you can go in and order from the window or do the drive thru. The food is reallllly tasty! I’ve tried the cheese curds (yum) and the mac & cheese twice–once with bacon and once with chicken. My husband has tried the cheeseburger, which he said was good. This is NOT health food, but it IS delicious comfort food. And the prices are reasonable, especially given how high fast food restaurants have gotten. I recommend eating here.
