This was my first (won’t be my last) visit. I tried the special of the day, the porky pig! Look I love me some good pulled pork and coleslaw. The smoked bologna added another level of delicious flavor to the sandwich. It’s definitely gonna be tough trying to figure out what to get the next time I’m there is there are so many good options. Also had the cowboy baked beans, which were super delicious. It wasn’t just baked beans and barbecue sauce thrown in the smoker. Oh no! They added some pulled pork some peppers. It was almost a meal of its own. It’s a very good tasting sweet heat smoked cowboy baked beans! This place is a true smoked barbecue restaurant so with that being said remember good barbecue is cooked low and slow so get here early because good barbecue sells out fast!

Stopped in for an early dinner about 4 30 Saturday, first time here. Hardly any wait, really nice staff, didn’t wait too long for our food. I got the Piggy Mac with pork and my husband got the Parfait with pork. We split a large cowboy beans. Really good food! I wish the pork had a heavier smoke taste, and we both needed more sauce, but it was pretty busy by then, so I went with what we had. Next time I’ll ask for extra sauce on the side. Also, most of the tables were dirty and food on floor under them, would have liked to see it just a bit cleaner, especially before the dinner rush. My husband enjoyed the 70s hard rock, but it’s not my genre lol. Thankfully not too loud to be overwhelming, it was at a decent background level. We will certainly be back to try some more!

So far I’ve only had the baby back ribs, and potato salad, the ribs are the best that I’ve had in a very long time, and the potato salad is amazing. Very friendly, professional staff, a clean relaxing environment, and very reasonable prices. This will be one of my regular stops from now on. It is right off I-80 / I-90, exit 1, it’s a 1 minute walk from the Flying J, and there is no toll to get off, and on that exit. I paid $35.49 for a full rack of very meaty baby back ribs, and a large Potato salad, which will be at least 2 large dinners. I also bought some of their House dry rub for $11.99

Me and my brother our truck drivers just passing through and decided to try this Calli’s. We both order the Bomber burrito and 1/2 pound of hot links. Absolutely delicious. Brisket was very tender. Hot links are by far the best links I have tried. Not so spicy. 2 minutes walk from the Flying J. This place is now on my list of places to go when passing through. Thank you for the great food and service. Bought 2 shirts as well

This was our first time eating here. My girlfriend and I wanted some good BBQ and heard a lot about this place. Let me just say we were not disappointed, the food was delicious. I had the piggy Mac with brisket and my lady had the brisket melt sandwich. We were very happy after we ate, I would definitely recommend people try this establishment if they want good BBQ.

Phenomenal food as always!! I had pulled pork nachos (pictured). Husband had the bomber burrito with side of cowboy beans. He had never had the beans before and he said they were great too! As always, highly recommend this place!

My wife and I ate here a few times. Food is usually pretty good. Our last visit was around 5 pm on a Saturday. They were fairly busy. I ordered a 3 meat plate and my wife got a full order of nachos. She said hers was good. I tried it, and it was ok. My food was a little lacking this time. Except for my cowboy beans, everything was luke warm at best. My “hot-links” were cold, very dry, and tasted like they had been sitting for a very long time. Pulled pork was good, but also cold. The ribs were luke warm, but were still good. They were out of Brisket and mashed potatoes.

I was looking for a good food except other burgers and pizza or fast food. I was stop this area more than year maybe 50 over. I knew a smokehouse there but never try before. First time i want to walk here then i really suprised positively.
Begining i went in and i don’t have any idea about them. I went cashier she was super polite and helpful for me. I ask some food in large menu options choose one and she offer me another (after i ask her idea) that both sandwich were CRAZY TASTY.
Inside decoration awesome designed with care. You feeling real American Smokehouse here. Waiting time is short but even become long you won’t bored here.
Clean space as like hospital!!!! The restrooms and floors are super clean. The beverage fountain clean. Waste area clean. Tables and chairs clean.
The crew are super positive and polite. They fast also serving with smiling face. Nobody throw the food on your face as like burger stops 🙂

Well done, this place is fantastic. They let the meat and seasoning speak for itself. They do offer sauce if your into that, but neither the Brisket or Ribs needed it. Sausage was great, little heavy on the fennel, but we will get it again. Nice job guys!
