Whilst in Ireland our friends booked for my wife and I to have a meal on New Year’s Eve . The four of us chose 10oz Fillet Steak‘s . The whole meal was excellent but the steak was the best that I’ve ever had .

Food was delicious but paying €2.50 for a pint of dilute Orange (made with tap water) for my 11 year old daughter is absolutely scandalous . And when we ordered a jug of the same for the table it was another €2.50.

We recently had our wedding reception in Callan’s. To say we are happy is an understatement!! Sandra is an absolute legend, nothing was too much trouble, everything was so easy with her at the reins,. We were blown away by the delicious food, the décor and the amazingly fast bar service by Garrett & the lads n lassies, all of the staff did themselves proud. We had the best day and recommend Callan’s Restaurant one million percent <3

Booked a table for 6 adults 6 children 6pm Sunday night 7/9/25.
Ordered starters & mains at 6.20pm. Some starters arrived then at almost 8pm with still 1 starter outstanding some of the main courses arrived but not all – then 15 minutes later the veg arrived!! Extremely poor – made the point to Cashier when settling the bill which was over €406. She apologised but made no effort to reduce the bill by way of apology. We were not even offered a complimentary cup of tea!
This restaurant was aware that this large order was coming as it had been pre booked. Very shabby treatment- won’t be back!!!
