Nice local restaurant that’s been around for some time. We tried the grilled cheese special with soup. The chili was really good. It was meaty, hearty, and flavorful. The broccoli and cheddar was pretty thin, bland and not much cheddar. The peanut butter pie was pretty decent but very heavy. The restaurant clean, service was great.

Review: Call of the Canyon is an excellent place to eat and I had a fantastic experience there. The wrap I had was amazing and the fresh tasting tortilla chips were a perfect accompaniment. The service was also great, which added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious meal with great service.

Found this place on Google maps on the way home from vacation. Excellent lunch and incredible pies. I got the Payson Pastrami and my wife got the Dakota Wrap. Coconut Cream pie was the best I’ve had.

Not the best experience at all. We were expecting so much better. The salsa is definitely not fresh, at least today it was not. And our sandwich was thrown together without much other than bread and meat. There’s not many options here in BG and it’s imperative to deliver what others have reviewed online, because I’ve read these reviews more than once in the past few years and finally came in.

I’m giving this place 2 stars for the desserts alone! Yummy & worth coming here for. But, this place is small & if it is anywhere near crowded, avoid it or you could be waiting a LONG time for your sandwich. Either they need more help or better organization. Sandwich was tasty but…..I was super hungry when it arrived.

I wanted something different then our usual and my husband, who is a smart man, just went with it. I got the Santa fe salad and he got the Buffalo chicken Mac and cheese. The food was excellant! They even gladly got me a bowl of water for my dog. (We sat outside) We will be back, great place.

You can really taste the freshness and quality of ingredients. That alone deserves four stars. I got the green valley with no cheese or cream cheese and still really enjoyed it, the veggies and bread are that delicious.

Pretty good place. I had the Cuban, which wasn’t a true Cuban, but still pretty good. My fiancé had cowboy beans, which she loved. I’d go back if we’re in the area again.

Super slow and unfriendly service. The food was mediocre. Not worth the cost. Salsa tastes like it is from a jar. Bread for the sandwich was dry and stale. Chicken salad seemed store bought. I also informed server several different times I was celiac and can’t have gluten/wheat. Still brought me crackers with my soup
