Waitress (Milandra, I believe) was amazing & the meat had good flavor. First, update your website, it says 1/2 off but it’s actually 25% off 2-6. Tacos were very small even at a discount price. Ordered nacho fries got regular nachos, not a big deal, but they were very bland, something you could make at home. Noticed a long hair in the nachos, looked directly at the kitchen and none of the ladies were wearing hairnets. There was a cute little puppy inside (love dogs, so I didn’t care) but the other waiter was playing with it and he had gloves on, which he went straight to drop off food to someone’s table and then made drinks after, all while wearing the same gloves. Paid my bill and left, definitely my last time here. I should have known when you’re located across the street from a University and there was no college kids there, something wasn’t right.

Horrible burger!
Asked for medium and got jerky dried well done
Also asked for some onions which they charged me for and got no onions on my burger

I will never eat here again

Small little spot. You would never even know it’s there if you aren’t paying attention. Cute little seating, patio outside before you walk in and an upstairs patio with single and group seating…overlooking the alameda. I love the employees here. The food is good and drinks are GREAT!

My fish and chips was ok, not great and not too bad. My friend ordered a beer from the menu which showed draft. He was served a bottle. He rejected, but the waiter insisted in broken English saying they already opened the bottle.

I’m surprised this place isn’t packed! The food is delicious, the salsa is so good and the workers are super friendly. I order the grilled chicken because it’s one of the few Mexican joints that grills it without it coming out super oily, same goes for their Spanish rice it’s fluffy and not oily opposed to other restaurants where it’s just way too oily. Also they have handmade corn tortillas that are soft fluffy and spectacular.

Early lunch on a Thursday! Delicious. Homemade tortillas are so good. We had chili Verde with over-medium eggs and the birria burrito. Classic comfort food. The Mexican hot chocolate was extra special too! We will be back…

The Horchata was delicious and huge and beautiful! Same with the taco salad, the shell of which was so crisp and good. I’d love to try coming back with my kid sometime and try sitting on the upstairs balcony. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well!
