I definitely recommend coming here for lunch or dinner. The food was so delicious and everyone was so friendly and kind it was such a joyous experience. I ordered the basil chicken and it’s some of the best basil chicken I have ever had. I like it really spicy and it was definitely on point. Do yourself a favor and enjoy the food here as I did.

Just ok, most of it was bland compared to what I’m used to. Seems very white washed like Mexican food in Montana I would say… the waitress was also a bit condescending like I was a needy karen, but I know better. Also you can see the place was empty. In painted holes in the walls were a bit ridiculous as well. I won’t be be coming back for any reason. sorry

This is a good food spot. The staff know that serving is more than just putting a dish in front of the customers. The Tom Yum soup was sour yet that was balanced by a mild sweetness making it a perfect choice. The heart-shaped rice was such a cute touch! The drunken noodles were tasty but not intensely spicy and the panang curry was as nutty as it should have been.

We had just finished a mud bath and massage treatment near by and were starving! Most of the weekend was american food and we were having Asian food withdraw!

This place hit the spot. We ordered the calamari, the crying tiger, and the drunken noodles beef. Every single dish was delicious. But the crying tiger was one of the most flavorful ones I had ever had. The calamari was super fresh as well. The service was very attentive. I was not expecting authentic Thai in a small town.

We stayed at the Calistoga Inn and after a long day in the valley stumbled across the street to this gem of a restaurant. We ordered the fresh roll, drunken noodle (tofu), and the green curry (tofu). We’re vegetarians and this is a common order for us when we eat Thai. The rolls were delicious. The peanut sauce left us wanting to go home and perfect a similar sauce ourselves. The medium spiced main dishes were absolutely perfect. We’ve had many a Thai dish and these were some of the best. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. Eat here if you’re wondering whether you should or shouldn’t.

My husband does not like Thai food usually, but felt obligated to go when “everyone else” decided to rendez-vous there the other day. He liked absolutely EVERYthing that we ordered (we are vegetarians) — except for the yellow curry. For me the curry was GREAT. And everything was so exquisitely garnished! Loved the Pad Thai,

The room at 6 pm on a Friday was pretty empty. The tables are bare — no linens on them, but everything is super clean. The waitress very friendly and “masked” for pandemic safety. We used physical menus that have plastic on them.

We finished the meal with sticky rice and mango dessert. This was a work of ART besides excellent flavors. A guest with us (who grew up in Thailand) told us that this restaurant is “A cut above” typical Thai restaurants she’s been to in the U.S.

This was a good choice. The food was great and service exceptional. Very clean inside, and relaxing atmosphere. We saw several people look at the menu outside on the window, and kept walking. They missed out on a tasty meal.

Does not taste like authentic Thai food.
The pad Thai was too sweet. The Penang curry was not flavorful , watery curry, and the chicken was dry.
The appetizers were decent, I think the best dish was the calamari, very lightly breaded.
All in all, won’t return.

It was Christmas Day and I was in search for an open Chinese restaurant in my quest to continue an ongoing tradition I’ve been doing for years in reflection of my love of the movie “A Christmas Story.” If you know, you know.

So I digress and on this holy day, the whole Napa Valley has taken the day off, but I found this gem of a restaurant open. I’m flexible so as my Chinese restaurant substitute, I went here, had no choice.

I’d never been here, but a Thai friend once told me that if you want a glimpse of a new-to-you Thai restaurant, start with Pad Thai as it’s their national dish and it’d be a good indication for the rest of the menu.

In remembering that little pearl of wisdom, that’s exactly what I did, an order of Pad Thai and I was pleasantly pleased. Pad Thai isn’t created equally, some are overly flavorful that it’s overwhelming and others, bland as cardboard. For me at least, this one order was perfection, the midpoint between too flavorful and cardboard.

I was solo so I had the disadvantage of ordering one dish, but there were other tables that had a variety and the looked great, but in reading how others were enjoying their meal, it appeared convincing it was a hit with others.

In summary, I give these folks thumbs up and perhaps my only other observation is that they’re a bit overpriced, but then again, you’re Napa Valley in Calistoga where things are expectedly premiumly priced.
