This place is a hidden gem in the AV the food is so delicious and fresh it is probably one of the best Lula kabob we ever tried it was super juicy and flavorful I truly enjoyed eating it.
The Toum sauce is heavenly.
The rice and hummus were insanely delicious and the deserts were so good the baklava was my favorite I’ve tried here in the AV it was delicious and not overly sweet to were it makes me sick
Definitely recommend kabob girll it is a 10 out of ten.

Today I was in a hurry to eat and placed an order for a Kabob plate at Cali’s Kabob. This was my first time being there. The owner told me that since all kabob plates are cooked fresh to order it would take about 20-mins. to prepare. Although I was in a rush, I was willing to wait. About 5-mins after placing the order the owner handed me a freshly cooked kabob plate that was just prepared for her daughter who was also there. I said no, I would just wait for my order, but the daughter insisted that I take her order, which I eventually did. I am very impressed with the hospitality of the owner and her daughter for what they did by insisting that I take her order so that I could be on my way sooner. They didn’t know me at all but still treated me like family.

Definitely the best Mediterranean food I’ve had in the USA. The salad was delicious with its vinaigrette! I ordered the chicken dish! Don’t hesitate to make it too! The garlic sauce is incredible.

I got the chicken shawarma plate.
Most places use a pre bagged salad mix. Not here. Fresh chopped romaine (?), crunchy Persian cukes, tomatoes and thinly sliced cabbage with an excellent dressing.
The red sauce was a wonderful foil for the chicken shawarma. Slightly sweet yet spicy and flavorful.
The garlic paste(?) was zingy, creamy and also the right condiment for dipping bread or the chicken. This stuff is addictive.
The hummus!!!! There are a million variations for hummus and this was truly perfect. Enough tahini, just enough lemon for balance.
The restaurant interior is nothing exciting but in my opinion, this restaurants food is just perfect .

I have dined at this establishment in the past and enjoyed the food. Recently, I attempted to place an phone order but encountered difficulties communicating with the person who answered the phone. They seemed to misunderstand my requests and denied that certain dishes were available, even though they are listed on your menu. I hope this matter can be brought to the attention of the owner.
