I had a fantastic experience at California Tortilla! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The atmosphere is great, but the food and service are what really sets this place apart.
The food was fresh, flavorful, and served exactly how I liked it. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients. Whether you’re a fan of their classic burritos or their unique chef-inspired bowls, you can’t go wrong.

I want to give a huge compliment to Trusha. Her customer service was absolutely outstanding! She was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure our meal was perfect. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and kind in a fast-casual setting. She truly made our visit memorable.

GROSS! How is this place even open? We’re new to the area and checking out the shopping . We went in and looked at the menu and decided to try. While waiting we realized this place if freezing. It’s 20 degrees outside & about 30 in there. Our food came out & i noticed right away that my fajita bowl was heavily loaded up with sour cream, guac & huge slices of onion. And that was basically it. A huge bowl of sour cream and onions. My husband got a burrito that he said was all sour cream as well. . There were no forks out , we had to ask. The place needs a good cleaning also.

I haven’t been here in a while because last time the service and the food was not good. This time the experience was a little different.
The place was empty. The employee was working by herself. She took the order along with another persons and began making our food while we both looked at the hot sauce wall! The walk was once filled with options to try of various heat strengths. Now it’s barely full, the bottles are mostly empty or one of gross. They need to fix this area or just remove it. I took nothing from it.
Grabbed my food to go! Go the bbq ranch as a bowl. It was a very large bowl of food. Everything was delicious and fresh. The right amount of sauce and rice were used. I love this combination!
I will return for another bowl before my next birthday this year. I really hope the sauces get updated. I miss trying them out! I actually have bought a few of them in the past but that’s not even an option anymore.

I’m not sure if the current owner really cares about the quality they are putting out. I’ve been to a few other California tortilla restaurants and this one is a soulless shell of what it once was. From expired hot sauces,barely functional soda machine, a burrito with undercooked rice, overcooked chicken and stale chips. For the love of God somebody take over and bring this place back to life.

Very dark, dingy, and depressing. No ice ever in the soda machine. Men’s room is always out of order and women’s room is always locked. Flies buzzing around. Only ever one worker at at a time. Food isnt terrible but is grossly overpriced. Obviously on its last legs. They had a good 15 year run in the shopping center but its time to let it go and hang it up. Just close down already.

literally just walked out. walked in, the 2 females were sitting at a table playing on their phones. made me feel like i was bothering them. then the one lady didnt even bother coming to the register, so that was my sign to leave. side note, still can’t use the bathrooms. just shut this place down already

Went for the first time since like 2022 and I wish I didn’t waste of $25… first idk how this restaurant is afloat it’s empty no customers no tables in the restaurant besides the booths just an empty room with old food got a bowl and a wrap and both were thrown away rice tastes like it was made last week chicken tasted like it was made yesterday queso was basically water asked to change it to guacamole and the guy charged me even more to switch it out and the guac was even worse…. Watery guac I had it after a few bites asked for a refund and he denied a refund said I can make u something else no thank you… threw away $25 worth of food and walked out never again sorry this place I use to enjoy is this horrible just a slop bowl of not even fresh food

I came here today to order food for the very first time. 1. It smelled really bad 2. After placing my order the cashier says “you don’t have cash?” huh in 2025 who’s really carrying cash around? I canceled the order and most definitely will never return.
