Just ordered steak quesadillas for lunch. Literally finished my lunch in 4 bites. Now I am going to have to order something else for lunch. Not coming back here again.

I went in around 2 in the afternoon to pick up a late lunch. I was the only customer in the place. I ordered a Korean BBQ Burrito bowl. The girl who was making my bowl yelled for the manager. Then she started whining about how she didn’t know what she was doing, then they went back and forth like a dad and a daughter bickering. I got my order to go, but when they handed it to me it didn’t look like the right ingredients were on it. i was already running late to get back to work so I just let it go. I wish I didn’t because when i got back it was missing the coleslaw and siracha that was supposed to be on it. Plus, the Korean BBQ sauce was so salty, it was like i was eating spoonfuls of pure salt. They say they are under new management. They’re not off to a good start.

The first few times I went here a few years ago their food was excellent, however it has gone downhill. I have lost track of how many times they’ve screwed up my order over the last year. I had given up on this place until recently when they re-opened under new management. I thought I’d give it another try to see if things had gotten any better under new ownership, but sadly it has not. If this place doesn’t get their act together soon, the Chipotle opening in the new Wegmans shopping center will put them out of business. Sadly, for some of us who have had multiple bad experiences, it is probably too late to turn things around.

New management but still old staff. Super slow took 10 minutes to get my food and the order on top took 5 and not even aware of the food they put together. Ordered a honey lime bowl, the chicken had no sauce on it at all. Some of the rice wasn’t cooked at all and some was burned. Don’t waste your time going here on lunch you’ll loose way to much time.

I’m leaving three stars because I’ve had some great meals and experiences at this location but it loses stars due to inconsistencies. I started to notice this place going down hill around summer 2016. Excessive wait times, limited seating, even no air-conditioning (one time). I’ve had better experiences since the summer but never as good as it once was. I’ll still keep checking it out because it is good food and the staff is friendly.

Didn’t know how to run the register, lost my order, then wrong order and food was inedible (burnt chicken covered in cheese sauce, not the veggies bowl I ordered). The line to slow to ask for a refund. Guess no lunch for me. Overall staff grade 0. I would recommend avoiding this place.

So glad they opened this location in home state. Used to go at uDel all of the time and then again when I lived in Baltimore.
Blackened chicken Caesar burrito is the best. Guac is awesome here too!! Love the hot sauce wall. Could not recommend Cal Tort more. You can’t go wrong with anything you order here and the staff is really friendly.

Chicken was dry, overall not terrible. But quality control is lacking here. Also the burrito was 90% rice, shame because the sauce was good.
