Casual Ramen/Sushi spot. Ramen was delicious. 4-star rating because if you’re looking for a “California Ramen Factory” sign you won’t find this place as it’s all labeled with large Blosom Japanese logos so a bit confusing unless you’re familiar with this place.

Nice to have ramen during covid, especially with the outdoor seating they provide now. The staff is really nice & comforting. I ordered the spicy tonkontsu bowl, speedy turnaround from when I ordered. The bowl looked immaculate upon arrival, & was super tasty! I would definitely come back & recommend

Dank ramen. You have to get cheese on it. Haven’t seen that option at many places, but man oh man the torched cheese is delicious.
Got the spicy miso with pork and the tonkatsu with chicken and tofu. Broth was rich, but not too much so was good for slurping. The sushi rice with spicy tuna and banana tempura are also delicious.
Really friendly owner. Fantastic service. Can’t wait to visit again!

Service was good, place is clean, food? Well I had better. I ordered variety, portion was small, spicy noodle was not as spicy as expected, so asked for hot sauce and they gave me the Chile sauce given at the chinese restaurants. I thought the spicy sauce would be different, since this is not chinese. The only one I liked was the black noodles, all the other ramen were very bland, not much flavor. I wouldn’t return for the price nor the flavor.

I’m a big Tonkotsu fan.
And here are my pains about the restaurant.
1. VERY Limited Parking Space. Come during off peak hours
2. Broth: 2 stars – its not too thick, decent, just not too tasty for me
3. Noodles 2 stars (pretty generous with the ramen serving though)
4. Meat 2 stars. Again, not too tasty for me. But they torched the meat.
5. Price 4 stars. I guess they tried to make it as affordable as possible that’s why.
6. Service 3 Stars. Although they tried their very best to accommodate our requests ( extra firm noodles, medium spicy with cheese and corn) how hard was it? Instead of replacing the entire food, I was told that they will give me a new noodle and have me scoop out the ramen from my bowl! I had to complain just so they’ll replace it.

Let me tell y’all something. If you want delicious ramen and some eel California rolls that’ll make you feel like you’re floating on a delicious cloud in the sky THIS IS THE PLACE!! I had the mild vegan ramen. It was spicy, but super delicious with all the veggies. I don’t really care for the Tofu. For me it would’ve been even better without it.
Customer service is A1, as well. I was happy to be able to eat out and feel like I’m actually on a date again. LOL I highly recommend. AND I WILL BE BACK!

I love love love this place! I have been coming here forever and it is always a vibe! The music, the atmosphere, the customer service is always amazing. The food is of course also very delicious. My go to is the SPICY MISO RAMEN or the ROCK N’ ROLL. I do hot for the ramen and it’s perfect, flaming is perfect for those that can really handle spicy- that one is no joke- still very delicious. For appetizers, love the chicken karage tastes like nothing I’ve had before anywhere else. The calamari is delicious as well as the garlic edamame. My sisters and I always come hang out here for any celebration we might have. We were just there yesterday celebrating a birthday and they made us feel super comfortable; felt like family. Every time someone asks about a ramen recommendation, I send them here and they always love it. You can’t go wrong with whatever you decide to try. I’m sure you will be pleased!
