Had dinner here after a long day of tourism. Bread and olive oil is their signature appetizer that comes with all dine in. We ordered Dynamite Shrimp as our appetizer, and the Braised Short Rib Ragu Pasta, Cedar Plank Salmon, and CPF’s Original BBQ Chicken Pizza as our entrées. The Dynamite Shrimp tasted a bit off at first; however, after a couple of bites and mixing in with the salad, our taste buds adjusted to the sriracha flavoured shrimp. The signature BBQ Chicken Pizza was good but if you fold it like a calzone, it’s perfected. The Braised Short Rib Ragu Pasta had that similar taste to traditional pastas from other restaurants. Also the noodles CPF uses for the pasta is similar to hand stretched noodles from another restaurant in Columbus. It’s probably Columbus’ most popular or signature pasta. Lastly, the Cedar Plank Salmon had the firewood styled serving with vegetables. At least the vegetables that came with the salmon made it less dry. The waitress was informative but I went here when the place was low on staff so getting attention seemed a bit much for the staff. The manager had to delay our reservation due to busy hour and low staff. All in all, CPF is a decent chain restaurant; although, what I enjoy most about CPF is that the food isn’t heavy. In total the meal was about $95 for a meal of three, but it doesn’t feel as heavy as most restaurants use with all the oil and butter for each dish. But don’t take my word for it. I suggest trying it once and see if this restaurant matches a quick lunch or dinner standard.

Went there last Friday night, around 7pm first time in several years. Split a large chichen Thai salad, (the dressing was delicious), and an order of chicken dumplings, with a sweet/spicy dipping sauce. The food was VERY GOOD. AND a large salad is huge. Easily filled up 2 with good appetites. The service was really really good. Our server did a great job.

My wife loves this place and tries to go everytime we are in town… I normally decline because pizza isn’t my thing. Today I joined and the food was solid. Service was a little disappointing only in the fact the server got my order wrong … Halfway blamed me for her not knowing the menu and then I had to wait an extra 15 minutes for my food while the rest of the table ate theirs. The entree was delicious and hot when it came out, but didn’t really offer anything to make it right other than a drink refill. A couple bucks off, a small dessert or a little bread might have been a nice cover. Probably will still go back as the service was likely not representative, but worth noting.

This place never disappoints, I am just addicted to the Avocado Egg Rolls… If you haven’t tried these, you are truly missing out. They also now have a burger. You can taste the toasted bun and charbroil flavor, very good burger. This is the only CPK in the Central OH area, and they need you to come and enjoy their top-notch service and delicious food. I took some inspiring pics of the food. The female bartender there has been working there for 8 years, and she gives VIP service like no one. I wish there was one way closer to me, but this one is just super special. Check it out soon. They also just started a new Happy hour during the week, so if you wanna relax for lunch or after a hard day, this is the place to be!

CPK app gives a few offers and deals for new users. There is only one CPK at Polaris in Columbus. Their menu has a variety of items. I like their kung pao chicken noodle which tasted not authentic but impressive with a great sense of sweet and spicy taste. Their pasta and noodle could be a little pricey with a relatively small size. Their pizza is always decent and baked freshly. The service is great but sometimes they forget to serve some free bread.

Quick pizza review, I ordered a Margherita pizza, and the staff was fantastic and extremely polite. The pizza was completed quickly, in roughly 10 minutes. I opted for the thin crust option. The pizza was made with quality ingredients and fresh tomato sauce. It had a good undercarriage with a solid crunch, but my only complaint was that it was slightly greasy. Other than that, it was a good pizza, and I’d give it a score of 7.6 out of 10. I would definitely recommend trying it if you’re in the mood for a pizza you haven’t had before

The portions were smaller than expected, or at least from what we remembered from previous visits. We had 3 people in our party, which meant 2 slices each for the pizza. Everything was prepared and tasted fresh, however. We did appreciate the great service, the waitress even comped our dessert once we signed up for the loyalty program even though the reward usually only shows up in the account after a few hours from signup.

If you like greasy pizza, this is not the place for you. If you like rustic, oven-smoked flavor, give CPK a chance. Total was $53, including tip, for 3 people.

I was going to only give them 4 stars, but upgraded my thinking the next day. We came over a find raising night. Oddly for me I tried the jambalaya instead of a pizza. It was good, but the chicken was a bit too blackened. The pizza did look good though and my wife seemed to enjoy her sangria flight. The beer list could be better but they do have a few local brews on tap.

But the had a special deal: but an entree and get a take and bake pizza for $5. Sounds like a bargain so I ordered a Sicilian to go. Best take and bake pizza ever! At a good price!

So… 5 stars based on a solid in-resteraunt experience and an even better take and bake the following evening.

Picked up two pizzas to go. Took them home and discovered they were both burnt black around the crust. The edible portion was hard like leather. $50.87 with tip wasted.
