The reason this isn’t 5 stars is because I went in for the Veteran’s day special and thought I would sit around and enjoy some beers while we where there. It was happy hour so we ordered our first round..the waiter instructed us that happy hour doesn’t apply to Veteran’s…WHAT! That’s right..if you get a free meal you can’t get happy hour prices on anything..even your wife and children are restricted. How ridiculous..having a happy hour beer has nothing to do with a thank you for your service drink. Not happy but thanks for the pizza.

The Mililani CPK is a place we dine in or take out from often. The food & atmosphere is really good! The service has always been amazing the staff is always friendly & professional! I wanted to a knowledge our cashier Phoenix in particular as we’ve had him help us the last few times we’ve visited & he’s been amazing & definitely makes us feel welcomed & important!

Normally everything is great at this Mililani location. Our food took every long tonight and my pizza was cold. I think they may have been waiting for the jambalaya. The manager stopped by to asm how our food was so that was nice.

I enjoyed a mid-afternoon family lunch on Saturday in the terrace area. The pizza isn’t amazing, but it is not bad at all.
We ordered Wild Mushroom thin crust, which got a little “cheesy” by the end, and the veggie one with tomato sauce, broccolini, and other veggies, which was the table favorite. The cauliflower crust was interesting (in a good way).
Contrary to other reviews, our server was excellent. Very friendly, attentive, and helpful.

I had a girls day at the nail salon and Ive never had a pedicure like this before. My feet were baby soft when I was done and the artwork was fabulous! They were gentle with my feet and the massage was the best I ever had! Soooo good! I will definitely come back here

Visit was on Thursday 3/27/2025 at about 12 noon.
No smiles, greeting as we (5) entered to meet a family member who got there first. We waited patiently still no one came by, I stood up and walked all the way to the entrance nearest CVS who is our server, manager, no smile, just a face of blank. Finally “Jackie” our server came by and I asked please some waters. I could not see what her name tag said so I eventually asked for her name.
No one walked around smiling.
We ordered, see picture, needed to ask for parsley extra dressing, and not sure if the shrimp zucchini dish is suppose to be watery looking. Kapolei CPK is a bit more creamy, thicker looking, tasting.
We sat right by the kitchen walkway. Not sure how we were missed, the manager never ever smiled at us but just kept a look at my daughter she says. I never got any eye contact sitting that close and the bartender delivery got the drink wrong and she needed to go back to fulfill the order correct.

A Wednesday night, so many empty tables outside and hardly anyone at Town Center.. you think no problem getting a table right away. WRONG. Gave us a 15 minute wait for a first open table!… Like what!??? We had 2 small grandchildren with us, a pretty expensive thoughtful gift card, awesome tip money and really hungry. Didn’t get to enjoy it because didnt want to wait 15 mins for a table and no telling how long for the food! We went around the corner to Panda and grabbed food to go. Very disappointed with how CPK doesn’t have the staff to accommodate. Maybe we will just order take out with the gift card. Doubt we will ever dine in at this location.

This location is always a let down. Last night it wasn’t even that busy and it took 20+ minutes to get out cocktails after ordering. Then our food came out and the pizza was nearly cold, the Caesar salad had barely any dressing on it. Another time I came here I remember the waitress never came to check on us after dropping the food, no drink refills. At least this time the waiter was somewhat attentive. Cooks shouldn’t be letting pizza sit in the window to get cold, come on brah.

So where do I begin… I ordered a margarita pizza, Sicilian pizza, 2 fruit drinks and a churro butter cake dessert. I specifically asked on the online order to change the spicy marinara on the Sicilian to regular marinara, as well as called up to the restaurant to and spoke to a women on the phone to ensure that they would put regular marinara on the pizza. Still after all that they still put spicy marinara on the pizza. Also the online ordering did a “ghost” charge and charged me for a sparkling water that I never ordered. The gentleman at the front desk said they’ve had this issue in the past and was more than willing to make it right by refunding me the money in 3-5 business days. Then the dessert butter cake tasted like it was old and stale. For the price the food wasn’t worth it, the only highlight to this whole exchange was the guy working at the order pick up counter and his courteousness.
