We popped in this California Pizza Kitchen while staying in Bonita Springs last week. We showed up about 30 mins before they closed and they got us in seated and served fast for us to be able to enjoyed some fresh Pizza. We got the BBQ chicken pizza and the California club along with Mac and cheese and a cheese pizza. The service was a bit slow after we got everything but it was expected as they were trying to clean up and close.

The food was great and the restaurant was clean! Thanks to the staff as well for grabbing my credit card and putting it in the safe. I had to go back the next day and grab it. Thanks CPK!

Kyle was an excellent waiter. Tomato Basil Soup was really good. All the food was great & served hot. We were just very disappointed that Red Velvet Cake was no longer on the menu. This was one of the only restaurants that served true red velvet cake.

A super nice atmosphere to share, elegant, sober and modern. The service is fast and attentive. The service time seems good to me and the food arrives well cooked. The flavors are quite varied and for all tastes, the choice of ingredients and the preparation show that it is done with time and dedication. Recommended for the whole family!

Bare with me on this review. Not our style by any means. The pizza looked absolutely amazing but as soon as I took the first bite I was disappointed. Not to mention the drinks were not that great. I get a cheese pizza and a margarita as a regular and it’s kind of how I judge a good pizza place. Very disappointed especially for the price. And the bread served was very hard and chewy almost hurt my teeth with no flavor. With that being said it was maybe just not for me. My husband says his was good but he wouldn’t waste the money to come back.

Dined at the California Pizza Kitchen at Coconut Point in Estero with my boyfriend. We arrived about an hour before closing and ordered two personal pizzas, along with a larger glass of wine.

Service was slow, and when our food arrived around 8:57 pm, it was lukewarm, which was disappointing given the wait. A few minutes later, around 9:05 pm, our server attempted to clear my plate while I was still eating, which made us feel rushed despite not lingering or causing any issues.

As we were finishing up, I also noticed another staff member exiting the restaurant with an unlit cigarette already in his mouth, which added to the impression that the evening was being wrapped up hastily rather than professionally.

I completely understand the need to close on time, but guests who arrive and order well before closing should still receive the full dining experience. This visit didn’t reflect the standards I’ve experienced at other CPK locations, and I hope management takes this feedback into consideration.

We enjoyed our first time eating here. The mac n cheese was very good and a large portion. The Sicilian pizza was good too, very loaded with toppings but not a floppy mess. The dough is good and the sauce to cheese ratio blends together nicely.

Our server was not attentive. We sat for a while with empty waters. The restaraunt was empty, only 3 tables seated, so he was sidetracked watching TV behind the bar.

I love CPK but haven’t been in years. Still absolutely delicious. I had the bbq chicken pizza and it so yummy and was just as good the next night. But the key lime pie was almost a religious experience it was so scrumptious. I’m a chocolate guy but I make an exception for key lime pie. Well worth it. Extremely satisfying.

The pizza was ok, nothing to boast about. The bottom was very hard. But it was not soggy. Guess it’s just I’m used to real Italian pizza…
The young man serving was really nice and attentive, thank you!
It’s a cafeteria style place, more common to alcohol and wine, happy hours etc

Absolutely Amazing Experience!
We had such a fantastic time at California Pizza! The food and drinks were absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. But what truly made our visit memorable was our server, David. He was AMAZING — super easygoing, incredibly attentive, and made us feel right at home. He had a great vibe the entire time, i wish there was more swevers like him. Can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend!
