SC Airport is one of my favorites… great shopping, as well as nice options for food! On this trip, I sat down to a gluten-free cauliflower crust BBQ Chicken pizza, and it was delicious… A little pricey, but hey, that’s airport prices!

If you have extra time at the Salt Lake City airport and want to walk to the middle of nowhere for some ok food and super slow service go ahead and hit up the California pizza kitchen. I was lucky to have my gate next to the pizza kitchen and 1 hr to burn. The pizza was the normal pep and mush but it was super spicy. Don’t know if it was the sauce or the pepperonis. The wait from order to getting my pizza was about 30 min. The portions were small and a little underwhelming.

Service was great! Sat at the end of the bar to be able to view the action outside. Food was quick to arrive. The server at the bar kept my glass full and made sure I had everything I need. Others around me seemed to be enjoying their experience too. Thank you! Visited on 5/30/2023.

You owe it to yourself to try any of their pizza’s with the Cauliflower Crust. Been cutting down on carbs and thought this might be a nice test and WOW, it was one of the tastiest and most enjoyable pizza’s I’ve ever had. If you’ve got a bit of a layover like I did, get their pizza w Cauliflower Crust, a LARGE Pour of Wine and sit back and enjoy! Awesome Service to boot!

Price is just way out of wack with the rest of the airport. $5 more for a pizza then Squatter’s and even more than Limone. They don’t have the Sicilian on the menu at this location either. Can be very uncrowded at times when that far end of A-terminal isn’t in much use by Delta.
