Very dirty and terrible service. My son and I have eaten there several times and the service is always extremely slow. Today was no exception. We stood at the hostess station up front for at least 5 minutes while the 4 employees I could see gathering and chatting ignored us. We were finally seated and at least 10 minutes went by before our server finally came to our table. By then it was already too late. I had put my jacket on and we were ready to find another restaurant. Not only does the service suck, but the restaurant is dirty. Next to where my son was sitting were dirty dishes sitting on a ledge. We watched several employees walk by and never grab them. This was 3pm on a Sunday and there were more employees than diners. On our way out the door, my son noticed a table full of dirty dishes, a spray bottle and dirty rag just sitting there. Attached are the photos of the dirty dishes next to our booth. We will never, ever be back and I’m surprised this location is still open. You can respond to my complaints here and do not expect me to send you another email including this information. Not going to waste another minute on you.

After a day of shopping at Oak Brook mall, this is a nice place to come to so you can regain some energy. Large variety on the menu, very different than your average pizza place. The pizzas themself are not too doughy and won’t leave you feeling like you ate too much, which is a good thing. Will be coming back next time we are in the area. Bussin!

The food ( Salmon Caesar and soup)was OK, It’s worth noting that the salmon comes in little stirfry chunks rather than a piece. The service struggled this day. I sat at my table as a solo diner. I watched multiple tables sit after me. I could see each of the tables be helped. Eventually, I realized everyone had been helped but me and none of the waitstaff were making eye contact. I finally stopped one to ask if they could find my server. A guy who obviously had no idea he was my server showed up 5 minutes later. They weren’t that busy, but same kind of struggle to get the check. I have no idea if this was a single gal problem or if the server got slammed.

We went to this place while shopping at Oakbrook mall. As expected, we were tired and were kind of hungry. The time they took to take our order was long but once ordered food was delivered quickly. Overall, pizza was great but not the scampi. Would definitely visit but with time allotted for ordering.

This is my first time to a California pizza kitchen. I was rather impressed. I had a bbq chicken and corn salad, which was amazing. The manager Jrod! Was checking on tables and keeping his finger on the dining floor. My waitress named Brit did a marvelous job of explaining menu and taking care of my needed along the way. The whole facility was clean and had a good vibe. A good choice to take the family for dinner or casual lunch with friends.

The lady and bartender was great but the kitchen should needs to redo the sanitation license. No jewelry in the kitchen. The night shift needs to learn that gloves can be contaminated too. I witness one women touch everything with gloves. The drinks are great but I wouldn’t eat anything until they take off the jewelry. Amisha is awesome!!!!

If I could they would not have a star. I stopped in to have lunch with my daughter and we ordered appetizers, mocktails, pizza and salad. The appetizer came we had no silverware and no napkins. I asked 3 different staff members walking by (because our waiter neglected us) to please bring us napkins and silverware because we had none at the table….no one did .. finally one of the hostesses passing by stopped and Iistened. After 15 min of the food sitting in front of us with no silverware or napkins they bring the salad and the pizza and walk away
STILL NO SILVERWARE NO NAPKINS….I STOP a staff member walking by our table to ask for silverware and they bring us plastic cutlery saying WE RAN OUT OF SILVERWARE. I looked around the restaurant and all the customers using proper silverware and napkins and now I am fuming. (Still no waiter to be seen). At this point I asked for the manager she was nice and apologetic and offered to give us dessert and appetizers on the house. She was also confused as to what happened. Finally 45 min later our waiter comes by the table. After that no one was approaching us until I started putting my coat on to leave and finally the check arrived. I paid and left. Worst service. The meal should have been complimentary and corporate needs to step in. I will not return.

The food was adequate, in presentation and taste.
The Jambalaya linguine fini pasta was better than the Carne asada pizza. The dough on the pizza was more chewy than I would prefer for a regular thickness crust. It was not burnt on the bottom but at the same time was not airy or fluffy like a good regular crust should.
The service was very slow between ordering to receiving the food. Probably due to the staff shortage there were few wait staff serving many tables.

I’ve been here multiple times and I’m never unsatisfied! Today I ordered the California club pizza and a thin crust Margherita. Both the best options I’ve tried so far! Our server, Ashley, was so nice and helped us with our drinks and order!
