Stopped by with my husband while walking around the mall near our home, looking for an easy, casual meal. There was a gift card promotion at the entrance and we were told it could be used right away, so we purchased one and ordered our food.
Unfortunately, after the meal, the gift card couldn’t be verified, even though we had the receipt and purchase record, so we ended up paying twice, which was frustrating. The manager did step in quickly and explained the situation, and we chose to move on for the sake of keeping things positive during the holiday season.
The food itself was good. The zucchini shrimp pasta was very flavorful and easily the highlight, though the portion was quite small for the price. Next time, I’d probably order two or add another dish if i want to have zucchini pasta …

Stopped by CPK after almost a decade – nostalgia hit, so I ordered takeout. Clean location, still has that signature CPK vibe. First order: burger, BBQ chicken mac & cheese, and the original mac & cheese. They forgot the original mac & cheese, so I had to go back. Not ideal.
Burger + fries = solid. BBQ chicken mac: cheesy, flavorful, worth it. Original mac? Disappointing. Just a cheese-flavored cream sauce at the bottom—no real cheese. Not acceptable at that price point.
Now the good part: Monday & Tuesday $10 pizza deals, $6 kids pizzas, and seasonal promos like the $5 Halloween pizza – great value. I ordered 10 Take & Bake pizzas later. Each came neatly packaged with fresh ingredients, bake-ready in 10 minutes. Perfect for parties or staggered serving. Would reorder.

I have been coming to the CPK at Westfields Mall since 2000. Yes 2000, that how much I enjoy the food preparations and quality of the food. That said, haven’t been in state for a while but finally made my way back a few months ago, so I had to order my favorite entree – Jambalaya Linguini Fini, but unfortunately when I arrived home, the portion was almost as if the to-go-order was a children’s portion, which I know they do not have.
That said, I called and spoke to the restaurant manager named Raheem. He listened as was extremely cordial, polite, and his client services skills was impeccable. Very impressed with his demeanor and delivery over the phone while speaking to him.
Raheem was very apologetic and he said that he will make a “Wrong a Right”..!! What a great answer to say to a client, who has been a dedicated individual since the year 2000.
I came back the following Friday, and Raheem took care of me in a great way. Arrived home with the Jambalaya Linguini Fini, and the portion was exactly what I expected, and the preparation was just as great, and the taste of the entree had my tastebuds JUMPING once again…!!
In closing, the former manager named Sonny was fabulous as a manager when he was at this location last year, but I could not be more impressed with his replacement Raheem. Well, done by both you, and I will continue to visit one of my favorite restaurants in the area in the very near future.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant, and it was truly a delightful experience! The atmosphere was inviting and charming, setting the perfect tone for our meal. Our server was exceptionally attentive and ensured that our group felt well taken care of throughout the evening.
Now, onto the best part—the food! Every dish we tried was a culinary delight, but the Tostada Pizza deserves special mention. It’s no wonder it has become a staple on the menu; the flavors were sensational and left us craving more.
Needless to say, we’ll definitely be returning soon to indulge in another memorable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wonderful atmosphere, delicious food, and top-notch service!

I’ve visited this CPK a few times, and the service has consistently been incredibly slow. This will be my last time dining at this location. We were seated quickly, but our assigned server didn’t show up or even greet us for about 15 minutes. Another server eventually noticed and stepped in to take our order, and from that point the service was decent — but I was only a couple minutes away from getting up and leaving.
As for the food, it was just okay. The steak salad my girlfriend ordered was drenched in dressing, and the steak itself was poorly cooked. She had to add salt just to make it palatable. I ordered a burger, which was fine, but the fries were over-fried and extremely greasy.
Between the slow service and underwhelming food, I’ll be skipping this location from now on and choosing to dine elsewhere.

A late lunch invitation by my gf to this restaurant which I haven’t visited in a very long time, very little wait to be seated, a good menu with varied dishes from pasta, pizza’s and salads to choose from, this time we both decided to try the salads, the greens were fresh and delicious. My steak salad was good for the most part with the exception of the steaks portion as I found the meat to be not that tender which it was more towards a tough texture. Abby, our server was very nice and accommodating with a very personable character and demeanor. We passed on the happy hour drinks which are 1/2 off after 3 PM since I needed to go back and play. Looking forward to a next visit, good service!!

It had been quite a while since my last visit to CPK, but I used to be a regular at this location. We were seated immediately, and they weren’t very busy, but we sat at our table for what felt like a solid 10 minutes before our server, who had walked by several times, finally greeted us. Once we were greeted our drinks and food came very quickly, but that initial time waiting didn’t sit well. We started with the guacamole, which was surprisingly good for a pizza place. We ordered a Pepperoni, Sausage, and Mushroom pizza on the original crust, which was very good, and their new Chimi Churi Steak Salad, which was unfortunately very disappointing. The crispy potatoes were cold, and the steak was like chewing a rubber band. We told our server we didn’t care for the salad, and she had it taken off the bill.

Food was top tier! I love their Thai Chicken Pizza, BBQ Chicken Pizza, and Avocado Egg Rolls (and both dipping sauces)! Also, their bread was really soft and fresh. My only complaint is slow service and a long wait, but it’s compensated by the fact that they let us order a kids meal sized pizza 🙂
