It says under New Management.. they’ve revamped the place! Updated their interiors and much cleaner. Helpful & friendly staff. Ordered #109 requested crispy noodle instead!! It was delicious and served with a free drink! But since I checked into Yelp, I was upgraded to a free thai tea!! I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. I’ll agree it’s definitely much better now.

Poor service. I ordered two portions to-go but only received one. Luckily, I caught it before having to make an extra trip back. They didn’t bother to check the order before handing it off.

The “bun thit nuong” was terrible—barely any food, shockingly small portion. And the “bo kho” was mostly broth, with only four pieces of meat, no veggies, no carrots. This is why I’m saying this place has zero care for their customers. Even one star feels generous.

Broth in pho was very rich in flavor by far, compared to the other pho restaurants I frequent. Sister and mom also found it to be very flavorful, mom often doesn’t engorge herself when we go to the others for their soups, but she finished the one here.

First time trying this place and the service was excellent. I was in the mood for Phó, but server suggested Fried Chow Mein condition plate. Careful now because it was served steaming hot. It came shrimp and beef in vegetables on noodles with fried noodles all around it. It was mild in flavor, but it was what needed because it had broth at the bottom.

Tried this place twice and everytime the portions are really bad. This 16oz cup of Vietnamese iced coffee worth almost $6 after tax? Way more expensive than a Starbucks. So ridiculous! Last time I ordered the food was okay but portions were small too.

I know after pandemic everything went up but this is just ridiculously expensive.

Did you guys change owner within this past year? I’ve been visiting this pho shop for past 10 years as its my favorite place. When I’m sick, I always order the Chicken porridge but there were mishaps in my last 3 experiences:

1. A young girl took my order but when I got home, I received Fish porridge instead of chicken porridge. Luckily I didn’t share with my sister as she’s allergic to fish.

2. The last two times I ordered chicken porridge. What I got was a lot of broth and chicken. There were minimal rice. It was like sipping chicken broth!!!!

We thought the restaurant was just being stingy since it was TOGO orders so we decided to dine in this week. I ordered pho. The young server barely gave us any basil leaves. There was like only 4 leaves, not stalks! The pho tasted sour and the fish ball tasted old and dry.

It’s hard to give up a place that you frequented for past 10 years but if management going to skimp on quantity and quality, I will need to find a new restaurant. Please go back to your usual cooks and stop being so stingy with the porridge!

This pho house has good food and the service is good but the issue was how hot it was in there especially during the summer. No one wants to eat something hot, have no air conditioning, along with sweating a lot at the same time. I understand if the ac was broken, but no accommodations were made like a fan. If you want to eat pho in a humid and hot atmosphere this is it. Otherwise, I would go somewhere else.
