Don’t get me wrong the food was delicious but the service was not. The second time my tia went to buy a pizza there the cashier I don’t remember her name she has blonde hair is not the real blonde hair one is the fake one she’s like around her 40’s she was like “Is there a problem or why you guys laughing”. I’m sorry but that was rude to us, my tia and the person that went with her where having a good day laughing about something that had nothing to do with her and she just ruined it with her question, like I’m sorry can my tia not laugh or you just don’t like to see people happy. If your life sucks is not our problem, let other people be happy. Also, the manager was there and saw everything yet she didn’t do nothing about it and I have heard other people with worse experiences with the workers there. Especially the one with the Meche Blush. Moral of the story if you want something from Gourmet Pizza don’t go to the Soledad one go somewhere else or when you go in, go in serious because if not the workers there are going to have a problem with you!

The food was great, service not so much. One thing that I personally think that should be improved is they leave the tables messy. They don’t clean up after people leave and it’s an eye sore. The pizza and wings were so good so we will be returning!

I’ve been ordering pizzas for pick up for over 2 years. All of the sudden on my last order, they didn’t have my order ready at all, my name and number disappeared, and not one apology from a place that must have at least 10 staff. Really? No one cared. I was given the time estimate over the phone, the charge of the pizza, yet nothing was there. Instead of an apology for ruining dinner for my family and I, they tell me I must have called the wrong number? Nothing was my mistake. Thanks for nothing. Never giving them business again.

the pizza arrived and it honestly looks like they shoved a bunch of individual slices to make a whole pizza. there are pepperonis in places that don’t match with the pizza next to it. slices are cut super uneven. took over an hour to arrive

The pizza and wings were great, but the asada fries were horrible. I was so disgusted opening these up, it had spoiled black avocado. I’ve never had a bad experience with asada fries before, so just be careful when ordering or ask for no avocado to be safe.

Amazing experience
At the last day of school me and my 6 friend’s went there. When we came in it looked like we stepped into a new world.
The games were fun I ended up winning 100 on the first game and another 100 on the rocket game and 50 tickets. Total tickets i got was 615, the staff were good, The restrooms were moderately clean, Food was awesome, and fun games like hockey.

It’s mainly the service that brings this business down. The workers are not welcoming at all. I had ordered a Gluten Free pizza the same time my cousins had ordered their regular pizza. Like 30 min later they got theirs but I still waited for mine. After like 15 min I checked to see what was taking so long. I think the workers had forgotten mine or something because they looked at each other like they messed up. Eventually I got my pizza but by the time everyone else had finished eating.
