If you’re a fish and shrimp lover and want a reasonably priced place then this is the place. They have a variety of selections. They have Poke , Shrimp and Salmon Bowls, combination fish and or Shrimp plates with a choice of sides and you can pick your own seasonings . They have white and brown rice, grilled vegetables like zucchini, brussel sprouts, asparagus . They have a variety of salads as well. You can order on line or use the Kiosk at the counter as well as the friendly staff that will take your order as well and the wait is reasonable even during the lunch rush.

I have been to a lot of restaurants and by far the presentation of the food here is one of the best I have ever had, the chef makes the food fancy, it tastes really good, the manger Abagail is very nice, I hope I am spelling her name correctly. The person I had ordered the food from is patient. The food doesn’t take a long time to get ready which I really like cause I was hungry.

The service was awful, I’d give it negative stars if I could. 1 star for Service is too generous. Too bad, while the food in California Fish Grill is excellent and great tasting, the servers are terrible. Who hired these people or what have they been smoking!?? I kept checking for our order, the server wouldn’t even check my receipt, and before I even try to show my receipt, they would just dismiss me and say my food is coming, looking annoyed. Very unprofessional. After more than half an hour of waiting, and checking the third time, they finally checked my order, only to find out they accidentally cancelled our order. I demanded refund and we left to eat somewhere else. Will never come back to this location ever again. There’s another location in El Segundo that my family usually go to. The service in the El Segundo location is so much better, it’s laughable to even compare.
