I loved this place already because it’s always been a fun and friendly atmosphere. The staff has always been cool and the regulars always greet you with a smile, even if they don’t know you. I usually prefer making my own steak but I’ve heard that the prime rib at the California Brew Haus on Wednesdays is top tier so I figured I would give it a shot. They did not disappoint!! I ordered the queen cut and it came out super fast, cooked to perfection!! As delectable as it was, I couldn’t finish half before I had to get a to go box. (I air fried that baby the next day for lunch and it was almost just as good!) My daughter was never a tenders and fries kid, it’s usually alfredo– and she was equally impressed. Which says a lot for a mini food critic!
The shows there are always a good time, too! A relaxed environment with good music, good food and friendly people!

Not bad if you like your typical dive bar…has gone downhill the past few years by far…can anyone tell me what’s up with the plastic shower curtain that separates the bar to the band area?! Lol just ({[curious]})

This place smelled of moth balls upon entering, its dingy as all hell and the poor bartender was overwhelmed from a pre concert crowd but this place was AWESOME. The wings and other fried goodies were excellent. It may be a biker bar some days, an Irish bar some days and possibly a music venue on others. I’m definitely gonna watch their concert list and make the drive back. If I lived in Rochester this place would be my home base. Free parking in back. If you’re familiar with (or from) Buffalo, think old Pink meets Tudor lounge meets Brick Bar. With PARKING! If drinking mixed drinks order doubles. They use pint glasses…

The scene there changes quite a bit, depending on what is scheduled. Wednesday nights, best food on the west side of Rochester. Short order food is also great. Great neighborhood joint that appeals to folks from far and wide.
