Pizza is always awesome and wings were great as well. We got the Grand Prix pizza and honey sriracha boneless wings. We got free fresh cut fries for signing up for the loyalty program. Service was good, we sat at the bar. They have a big parking lot and Pool table. My only complaint is the prices. The wings were reasonably priced but their pizzas are outrageously priced.

Love this place. Even though sometimes they mess our order up. Forget the marinara in the bread stick box serval times. Forgot our bacon we paid extra for on the pizza. Couple times the pizza was over cooked. They will make it right by adding credit into your next dining experience. The food is still delicious and we will continue to go back.

Uses price tags that scream “family meal”—$26 to $44 for pizza? You’d expect something sizable.
Labels like “XL,” “Detroit,” or “Pan” without ever telling you the actual dimensions, slice count, or how many people it feeds.
Fills descriptions with flashy words—“blue steel pans,” “racing stripes of sauce,” “award-winning dough”—to make it sound like you’re getting a world-class experience.
Shows photos that give the impression you’re getting a hearty, shareable pizza.
What it delivers:
A small, sad rectangle of pizza that’s barely enough for two people—maybe.
No substance, just sauce streaks and disappointment.
A $26 price tag for something that looks and feels like a kid’s after-school snack.
We had three adults ready to eat, and we honestly thought maybe half the pizza was missing. I’m not being dramatic—that’s how skimpy it was.
And here’s the kicker: walk across the street to Monticello’s, and for the same price, you get a LARGE square pizza—16 solid cuts, thick crust, cheesy, filling, and no surprises when you open the box.
This was our third shot at Caliente. Different locations, same letdown.

Food is mediocre. Paid $44 for loaded fries and donut balls after spending $130 on pizza last week as well – paid extra for 3 ranch and didn’t include them. When I asked to refund my card they said they can’t….terrible customer service.

They have won pizza awards and rightfully so. We love their food and the pirtion sizes are huge. Each is family size including the fresh cut fries, so order a few dishes and share.
Their daily specials and happy hour deals are awesome. This is a must try place. Many GF options on the menu.

Define my favorite Caliente so far! A large dining room, a great central bar, a pool table and two dart boards! Definitely my new go-to happy hour spot. The place is fresh, clean, and the food is ace! Nick and Chef Eric were both on attendance for the grand opening, which was pretty cool too. I have seen grsnd opening go very badly when a place gets slammed on opening day. Everything today went smoothly. Service was fast and the food on-point.

First time ordering. Online there is no description of how many slices of pizza you get. I assumed the XL their biggest pizza would at least be 14-16? And for $35 for a pizza I wouldn’t expect to receive 10 slices. Very small slices as well. I could get 2 pizzas from around the area for that price and similar or better quality, insanely overpriced.

What an awesome spot to grab some lunch and relax! Had the the god father and fries special. Great price and huge portion. Food was soooo good. Big thank you from your beer guy. The bartender was so nice and really great at being quick and friendly. It’s definitely going to be one of my new lunch spots!

Arrive a little after 4:30 , party of 3 restaurant was empty. They took our drink order and returned quickly. We ask for a few extra minutes to look over the menu. Took our order 4:38pm. Order one pizza and 2 salads, took 15 minutes for 2 small salads to show up. ( still only people at a table) did not receive the pizza until 5:15 and that was after asking twice, first time we asked the waitress who said she would check but never returned with an explanation. No apologies for the delay. We also told them we needed to be somewhere by 5:30. Definitely need more help dining room and kitchen.

We ordered the heart shaped pizza bundle with ice cream and a cookie. We had it delivered but they forgot the ice cream. When I called Caliente, they said they couldn’t deliver it even though I paid for it, paid the delivery fee, and tip. We had to drive to the restaurant and had to ask for a refund after they offered to only give us store credit. Will not be returning after years of supporting them. Their customer service at this location just blows.
