My sister & I just ate at Caliente Mexican restaurant for the first time this evening. Found it to have a cozy atmosphere & cool bar area!! A friendly server, Jacob, greeted us promptly and took our drink orders. Of course the chips & salsa were delicious, as was the margarita on the rocks served in a salted glass, We both ordered the Taco Salad; my sisters was with fajita chicken & shrimp add & mine was with brisket. We were both fully satisfied with our salads and couldn’t finish them because it was so filling. It’s definitely going to be a restaurant we’ll be going back to!!

First and foremost, the food was absolutely amazing and tasty. My family and I enjoyed each of the dishes presented except one that one of my children was being picky over at the time – which was expediently rectified. I appreciated the speed in which we were presented with our meals.
The Fry-Chos were so tasty and great i can only wish I had more on the plate….maybe a family size appetizer platter, 6 to 10 people, for those magnificent fries!!!!
My only qualm was with the waitress, whom upon coming to our table outside stated awkwardly that “I didn’t know I was serving y’all”. We were told when we walked into the restaurant and then escorted outside by a hostess that we could sit anywhere so the comment was off-putting. She did bring the food out and refill drinks but she seemed to avoid us. I also know my youngest, 19 months, started to cry at one point because she was tired and she avoided the table. I had to call out to her because she turned her back going in so as if not to be asked for anything.
Now, one last word, the kabobs were filling and flavorful. The bottomless mimosa is sure to be a smash! My oldest loved her fish taco plate, my third enjoyed her shrimp tacos and my fiance and I are the full plate of kabobs with extra mashed potatoes. We all devoured the appetizer.

The servers and bartenders are always super sweet. The manager, Cheston, is always super helpful and kind. Chill atmosphere and great margarita deals. They do a drag brunch the last Sunday of every month and it is so fun. Definitely recommend trying it out 🙂

The food could be wayyy better; the drinks are ok. They have 2×1 Monday through wednesday tho. Just get drunk and you won’t taste the food 🙂

Yesterday my sisters took me to taco Tuesday for my birthday. This was my first time eating here and my experience was phenomenal! Our server Emma, was the best server I’ve ever experienced. She was very friendly and potential. Each time she came to our table she had a smile. Also, our food was delicious and well seasoned! Thank you all again for making my birthday dinner special.

Their chips and salsa were good. Food was excellent! Service was perfect. Not in your face, but definitely attentive. Lucked out running into it when we were headed to wings n things. Outdoor patio caught our eyes and there we went. If you are in the area it is well worth hitting. It will satisfy your Mexican food cravings.
