Wow. It was an experience. The bartender was super friendly and had a great smile, service was super quick and drinks were reasonably priced. Meanwhile, there was a regular patron literally ***passed out drunk on the floor***. Meanwhile **NO ONE SEEMED TO CARE OR EVEN NOTICE** as though this happens all the time. I went over to see if the guy was breathing, and his buddy sitting at the bar said leave him alone he’s fine, I’ll take him home **as soon as I finish my beer**. I don’t know whether to give them one star or five for “atmosphere”.

Old school beach bar, dark and smoky like I like my dive bars to be! Definitely a more locals spot that has good local bands. The only thing was they only take cash which wasn’t that big of a deal.

Parked in front of geraldi’s to grab a sub. After noticing it was closed on Sundays, we walked across the street to eat considering our original option was closed. Not 20 min later my truck was towed by the bartender at Calico Jacks. What’s her incentive in calling a towing company when parking was widely available? Also barely any signage indicating it was a towing zone. Seems like they worked out a deal with the towing company in my opinion, apparently the company receives at least 2 calls from them every weekend for this parking lot which is in front of a different restaurant.

I read other rave reviews but I just don’t understand. I arrived during happy hour which is pretty good by the way, and ordered a draft beer. After this I became invisible. The bartender asked me two more times what I was drinking and forgot me twice. I finally got my beer, paid and left. This is a good dive bar with a great local following. Live music usually after 9. They smoke in here which is a shock coming from places that banned that.

There is always live music there on the weekends. The server’s behind the bar are very proficient at their work. It’s nice to have the pool table and games. The only Improvement to this establishment that I can see is if they had better ventilation in the area where you sit to watch the band.

Really a dive bar but vand was good. Loved the drummer Billy Lee. Bartender is a grumpy old man. 3 nights of tipping him decent thought he would warm up. Nope. Oh well. They stay open late good music and darts and pool tables.
