Sticky Floors, No Health Grade Posted in the window. Horrible Food and Service! The two younger kids work in there seemed confused by who a simple order of 2 Gyros and 2 Salads. GAVE THE TWO PEOPLE BEHIND US THEIR FOOD FIRST. The pita bread is not even pita bread. It’s like a thin uncooked tortilla. Salad was soggy and shredded to bits, stuffed in a small little container soaked in Dressing. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Yay for another good halal option being in the Temecula area!
This place is great! Food on point and fairly priced.
Everything I’ve tried so far, like their Cali burger (pictured), has been really good!
The girl at counter was really nice and helpful as well.
Will need to come back to try their wings and pizza as well.

Amazing owner’s amazing food . My complaint on food for me was probably because I’m not a fan of a lot of tahini I wish there was a hummus with lemon juice and olive oil and garlic instead of tahini . A few places make it that way and it’s my preference, but I’m sure everyone else loves tahini lol my husband loved it ! They also customized my family meal to be vegetarian and vegan mix . The falafels are delicious and the garlic sauce is my favorite sauce I should’ve bought the big tubs . Salads are fresh and tasty baba ganache was also delicious. I’m glad I got to try a variety of everything it took me 3 days finish everything so it was a great portion. And I eat a lot !! My husband ate the rice and pita bread and feta and pickled turnips and loved everything as well .

Wanted to let everyone know about a wonderful local family-owned business next to Pechanga. Talking about Cali Kabob. Since discovering them a little while back, we’ve visited almost every week. Next to the pizza spot behind the gas station at Pechanga, by the RV side. It’s a really upbeat and positive dining experience, makes you feel happy just stepping inside. The ordering is easy on large touchscreens, but there is always a super friendly employee right there as well for questions or to take your order traditionally. The prices are very fair for the amount and quality of the food you get. Wife loves the chicken kabobs, juicy and seasoned just right, with the rice cooked perfectly, not dried or clumpy. She also loves the garlic sauce that comes with it. My favorite is the Gyro. This is the BEST Gyro I’ve ever had. You know how sometimes the gyro meat seems a little chunky or coarse? Good, but a little hard? Not here! This is the most tender and juicy Gyro meat I’ve ever had, I don’t know what they do, but it’s like a step above what you’re used to. The Hummus and Pita is also just so delicious. You can tell they like what they are doing in the kitchen for us, a labor of love and not just putting in hours. And the owner is a very down-to-earth guy, very friendly and welcoming to everyone coming in. Please go give them a try, you will be happy you did.

Sticky everywhere. The floors were sticky. The tables were sticky. The counter was sticky. You have to order at the counter and clear your own table like you’re at a fast food place but they still asked for a tip ofc. The food was also not authentic or good in the slightest. Falafel was basically 1/4 humus and 3/4 garlic. The “shawarma” if you can even call it that was just chopped chicken cooked on the grill.
If you’re a middle eastern person that wanted food that reminds you of home try somewhere else. If you’re a white person you’d probably like their food though

I recently visited Cali Kabob Temecula, a new restaurant in the area, and was initially drawn in by its reasonable prices. Although, the customer service was great. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. While the portion sizes were small, I’m accustomed to sharing dishes, but I was surprised to find that this restaurant doesn’t typically offer two meats per plate like most kabob spots do.
The kafta I ordered was unfortunately lacking in flavor, which was a letdown. The rice was decent, and the salad was a highlight of the meal. I would suggest also including garlic spread, not just tahini as this would not only add more flavor to the dish but also provide a creamy contrast to the grilled meats.
While Cali Kabob Temecula has potential, it needs to work on improving its portion sizes and flavor profiles to live up to its competitors in the area. With some tweaks, I believe this restaurant could become a go-to spot for kabob enthusiasts.

I wanted to try something new and am all about supporting local businesses. Ordering Greek food, what do you look forward to most….most people would say the pita!! If you want good pita, DO NOT order from here. It is store bought, dry, flat, and a huge disappointment. Chicken kabob plate was edible but I am glad I paid happy hour prices because the it was mediocre at best. Will for sure go elsewhere for my Greek fix next time.
This is how my “warmed up” pita was served. Microwaved in the store bought bag. At the very least, list that on your online ordering menu. I wouldn’t have ordered it.

Ordered the mix plate chicken and beef shawarma along with a kofta kabob. Part of my rice was not cooked (like it was boiled but did not get steamed so it was very starchy). The beef shawarma was dried out (you can see they are dry even by looking at them) and very small pieces as though they did not have enough to complete the order. The chicken shawarma was much better and not dried out like the beef. The humus was a little on the salty side but edible. I would get in a pinch but not my go to for Persian food.

The food so far good, the stuff very friendly But just one thing I didn’t like she was touching everything with her same glows register, food, utensil,…. So I give 4 ⭐ Otherwise I would have given it 5 ⭐ .

The food was amazing, the best Mediterranean food we’ve ever had. The portions were generous and service was great. A very clean and well kept place. The owner was very friendly and even explained to my husband how they prepare the hummus and babaganoush. We will definitely come back when we’re in the area and highly recommend this restaurant.
