Wow! Fantastic homemade ice cream made on site. Huge selection of flavors for all tastes. They also have a bakery next door and use their baked products in some of their ice creams. Super friendly service. About 4 or 5 tables outside to enjoy the ice cream. For sure will be back!

Great “Creamy” tasting Ice Cream but, as others have also mentioned, be ready to pay a hefty price for it (reason for subtracting a star). I came at night, 1+ hour before closing and got a Waffle cone with Banana Cream and Coconut Cream ice cream. Both tasted great. I also tasted the
Burbon pecan ice cream. Yum. They have 50 different flavors and also have a bakery next door to the ice cream by the same owner.
Customer service is good here, but it still doesn’t account for such high ice cream prices. It was worth a visit once but that’s enough for me. Cheers.

Cali Cream is a must-try for any ice cream lover. They have a ton of creative flavors and the quality is excellent. The ice cream itself is creamy and flavorful, and the portions are generous. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. I appreciate that they use good ingredients and offer a few vegan options, too. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend.

The ice cream is very good. They offer 50 flavors of homemade ice cream. Super fresh, 7 days or less from cow to cup or cone. The shocking thing was the price. Super reasonable especially for the quantity served. The service is friendly, but can be taxed at busy times. Fair amount of outdoor seating.
We ordered blueberry crumble 5/5, salted caramel truffle 4.5/5, graham cracker central 4.5/5, and dark chocolate chunk 5/5.
They also have a bakery with lovely looking items, but we didn’t try on this visit.

The variety of flavors is amazing and the flavors are very very well developed the combs, and the waffles tasted fresh. The servings are quite apple given the price. The milkshakes were delicious. If you can save some space in your stomach for baked goods, they are delicious and unique I like that the carrot cake had no nuts.
Parking upfront will be difficult at times, but I’m sure you can find some spots around the corner.
Would highly recommend and will definitely be back.
Lots of outdoor sitting, so I’m sure if it’s cold it might be cool or they didn’t have some outdoor heaters when we came in November 2024.

Took the family in for some ice cream and it was amazing, they let you try samples and every flavor was top tier!! They also have a wide selection of baked goods made fresh daily, like the carrot cake which was to die for, perfect texture and flavor. I had to take some home, along with some of the most delicious banana pudding I have ever had!! We find any excuse to take the family out now, and every single time we go the customer service is top tier, they make you feel like family and that’s the cherry on top.

Absolutely delicious desserts! I had the Graham cracker flavor for ice cream. So amazing. You can tell it’s homemade. I also had a scone, which was absolutely amazing.
The guy working, I think his name was Andrew, was extremely nice and patient as we learned about this business. You can also have a sample or two while you decide on your ice cream flavor.

Wandering in Paradise
Delicious ice cream! Large variety of flavors that will make you want to try them all. This time we got the cotton candy, strawberry cheesecake, and chocolate chip cookie dough flavors. The staff members are very nice, and even gave us a complementary pup cone! Definitely recommend stopping in.

A trip to Moonlight beach is not complete without having a dessert at this amazing ice cream place in Encinitas. We have tried a variety of flavors like coffee, chocolate, mint, strawberry, vanilla over their crispy waffle bowl with chocolate being the best flavor to mint being the least as it was pretty strong and tasted a bit artificial. Otherwise their ice creams taste fresh and creamy!

I’ve been to the downtown location and knew what to expect. They have so many flavors! The scoops are huge, equivalent to two scoops so we shared and got praline pecan. Creamy vanilla ice cream with pieces of candied pecans and caramel swirls. It’s great that it wasn’t so sweet.
There were a few tables outside but not many if you plan to hang around.
The scoops are so huge that you could easily order one scoop in a cup with a cone on top. Then make another portion out of it. Assuming both of you want the same flavor.
