I really like Mexican food and I think this pace is by far the best. Me and my work crew were all happy with the service and very friendly staff. The food was so good. My only complaint was I wish they had a bit more cheese on things but otherwise was so good. The margaritas were definitely on point! If I had not had to go back to work I would have got a few more. Atmosphere Was very enjoyable love the music very friendly faces everywhere

We came here Friday afternoon (Valentine’s Day) after just getting married at the court house. We had a pretty big group 15-20 people at most. We called and let them know we were coming. When we showed up they had our tables ready for us. Everything was great from the service to the food and drinks! I ordered the birria tacos and they were delicious! A special thank you to them for making our special day great!

Just go ahead and wear your stretchy pants. The food and the portion sizes are great here. I always eat until it hurts to move when I come here, and I still leave with a to-go box. They offer the usual comfort food of Mexican restaurants we all love, but also have delicious traditional dishes that I didn’t know about until coming here. The service is fantastic! The servers are always super nice to my toddler, and will even distract her so that I can eat while my food is still hot. They’ve got lots of kids menu options, and the names of the kids meals will give you a laugh.

I’ve tried most of the menu and the only thing I wouldn’t order again is the steak, I like them thick cut, and true to what I expect in Mexico, they cut them thin.
Everything thing else about Calderas is off the charts, 5 stars is not enough.

This place is awesome, food is so delicious and there margaritas are the best around. The Atmosphere is very welcoming and the service is just wonderful. Wait staff are friendly and helpful. Very family friendly. Easy to get in and out if your wheelchair or elderly.

I stopped in right before the rally for Ismeal. I had planned on only getting a taco salad but saw a seafood platter that was shrimp, scallops on rice with queso poured over it which sounded delicious so I ordered that and it was so good that I will be taking the slightly over hour drive out there to be able to eat this dish again. The restaurants ambience is inviting and my server was the loveliest young lady who is so cordial and polite I can easily recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone, do yourself a favor and stop by for a meal and a drink.

I had the veggie quesadilla and my dining companion had the fit bowl and both of them were delicious. The queso dip and guacamole were fantastic too. Service was great, I will definitely be eating here again.

Top quality food served by great people. The owners are truly part of the community and our town welcomed the opening of this establishment! It’s likely that you’ll be recognized by someone if you visit more than twice.
You’ll find all of your Mexican favorites as well as some pretty unique items. I highly recommend the birria options. I’ve seen others serve it, but theirs is the best, imo.

First time patrons. Table of 6 and the service was quick, friendly and accurate. Most of the table had the birria tacos and wow! Super flavorful and nice presentation. Beer was cold and margs were tasty. Impressed with the interior, very clean and updated. Once again, we ate before we took food pics, but the kids menu was fun! Will 100x return. Great job Caldera!
