Tried several dishes and everything was excellent. The Chicken Chukka was full of flavour and perfectly spiced, and the vegetable samosa was crisp, fresh, and not oily.
The authentic Kerala-style masala dosa was a real highlight — thin, crisp, and genuinely regional. The Chicken Chettinad was rich and bold, paired perfectly with pilau rice and garlic naan. All the bread is made in-house, and you can really taste the freshness.

Had a wonderful experience at this Indian restaurant. Staff were very polite and attentive. Food was delicious. I had lemon chicken tikka as a starter which was tender and tasty. Then chicken malaya which was beautifully cooked, accompanied by pilau rice and a garlic naan. My partner had a hotter chicken curry again perfectly cooked, with an aloo gobi to share. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We visited Calcutta 16 today and really enjoyed our meal. We had the chicken tikka masala, a spicy Jalfrezi, and the grilled mixed dish. Everything was tasty and full of flavour.

Best Indian I’ve had in a long time!
Service was friendly, attentive and professional. Food was superb. Atmosphere was cosy and relaxed and our food came out quickly. Portion sizes are very generous and imo great value for money.

Food was packaged nicely and Owner manager was very polite and friendly on collection.
Although the curry weren’t the best we had, but it was good and fantastic value for money, most dishes were cheaper than other competitors.

Had a lovely meal tonight. Came for first time a week ago. Had a fantastic jalfrezi then. Tonight we had lamb methi madras hot and tikka masala with various sides and cheese, chilli and coriander naan. Delicious. Looking forward to next visit. Service excellent.
