The food is excellent and it is at a great price. They are fast and delicious. I am more of a roasted chicken fan and then pulled chicken or shredded chicken but they still serve a fantastic chicken quesadilla. The service was great especially with the amount of customers that they had coming through. I will definitely take my wife third the next time that we are in town, I know that she will love it.

SO good! I had the chicken nachos and my husband had the burrito which he says was “amazing.” We also tried the fried avocado bites, which were nothing special and we wouldn’t get them again. However, the dipping sauce that came with them was delicious! We will definitely be back.

The staff is super friendly and love to give recommendations based on what your craving. The food was pretty good although I wasnt to impressed with the fried avacados. They were a bit bland to be honest. Overall, i would come back and enjoy the great good and atmosphere.

A very nice food truck with covered seating in The Garden at Palafox. The food was prepared within ten minutes, and there was very generous portions and the pricing was reasonable for downtown. We ordered three dishes. 1. The Mucho Nachos (7.95) with added protein (Shredded Beef, 2.00). Huge portion. 2. El Gigante Burrito (5.50) plus protein (Chicken, 2.00). Very delicious burrito. 3. Palafox bowl (4.95) with added protein (chicken, 2.00). Five stars. More than enough food for four of us and we took some nachos home. Five stars.

Great food served by great people. Very friendly and helpful. The tacos were great. The Sanchez is good, but the Hurricane Shrimp is excellent. Prices are really good as well. The location is unbeatable, right in downtown.

Came to The Garden in downtown Pensacola because I love a food truck park and Calvera was a huge hit with the guys in my family. Bacon cheeseburger melt, chicken taco, and the San Carlos Chicken meal were all given 3 thumbs way up!

The Hurricane Shrimp taco was by far the best one. The pickled slaw in it was delicious. The lemonade was fountain and the sides weren’t good (beans and rice, how can you mess these up?). The tortilla chips were OK.
