Nice cool spot!

Two of us ordered:
americano $5.50
strawberry iced matcha with oat milk $8 ea
almond croissant

Drinks and food definitely on the pricier side. Some seating inside.

Small lot / street parking available.

Amazing customer service. My pick up person was running late to pick up the drinks and I called them to make them aware and without hesitation the employee told me not to worry the drinks were going to be remade.
Any other coffee shop would had left them there for them to be water down!
I got the JBS & the vanilla latte both amazing taste! Definitely will be back!

This is a place that offers peace even when is busy. There are coffee for everyone taste.
Plenty of place to seat all around the coffee shop.

The owner himself comes to say hi, clean the tables and be sure that the place is running its best!

You will have a great experience if you come by yourself or with friends.

This place is AMAZING the food and drinks are so good, the people are so nice! And the drinks are even better, and majority of the customers seem to be in a generally good mood. I highly recommend this place, my friend introduced me to this place about 2 months ago and I love it so much (it is a bit pricy though) but everything is so good (my usual order is an iced matcha with honey instead of sugar and oat milk) the products they use are so high quality and the matcha even has JAPANISE on it for the last few times I was there plus they use califa oat milk which is better than other brands and has an amazing refreshing flavor and if you get it for here they do latte art (they are so skilled!! And the owner is super nice too.

Calabasas Coffee House is a hidden gem in the hills! ☕️ Their coffee is rich and flavorful, and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Perfect spot to grab a cup and catch up on work or meet with friends. Love the laid-back vibe and friendly service. Definitely a spot to check out if you’re in the Calabasas area!

Calabasas Coffee House has quickly become my go-to spot whenever I’m in the neighborhood. From the moment you step inside, the place feels calm and welcoming. Low-key lighting, clean décor, and soft background music create an atmosphere that invites you to settle in rather than rush out.

Let’s talk coffee. I’m picky about drip, and theirs hits the mark: a full-bodied cup with balanced acidity that stays smooth from first sip to last. You don’t get that scorched aftertaste you find at bigger chains. If drip isn’t your thing, the baristas pull a beautifully rounded espresso, and the matcha deserves its own praise. They whisk it so the texture stays velvety, and the flavor leans earthy with just a hint of natural sweetness—no syrupy shortcuts.

The practical perks seal the deal. Reliable, fast Wi-Fi makes remote work a breeze, and there are enough outlets along the walls to keep a laptop charged all afternoon. Tables sit far enough apart that conversations stay private, so you can jump on a call without feeling like you’re broadcasting to the room. Even during peak hours the noise level stays low; people chat, but no one competes to be heard.

Prices track with other specialty cafés in Los Angeles, but the quality justifies every dollar.

Delicious!! We ordered the Japanese brown sugar latte with oat milk And the strawberry matcha. Both were very flavorful. I loved the latte as I could actually taste the coffee. They had places to sit inside and outside. Great atmosphere in a neighborhood. They also have treats for your pets and doggie bags/water bowl. They didn’t charge extra for substituting milk. They had options of pistachio, oat, almond milk. We also had an almond croissant which was from a bakery called Farmhouse. It was delicious! Service was fast and great. It was tricky to find as if you follow the gps, it would take you to a location before the coffee house. Just got on straight on that street and it is on the right by the street. You can park behind it or on the street.

A great addition to the neighborhood and already a local favorite. The coffee is excellent and the place is always buzzing with people, which says a lot about its popularity.

However, the staff seem a bit lacking in enthusiasm and warmth, especially given how busy and successful the place has become. A little more attentiveness and friendliness would make the experience just as great as the coffee.
