We are so glad we chose them for our wedding cake, and we love that they offer a complimentary cake for your one year anniversary! As a long-time customer of theirs, my family and I were disappointed with our recent cake order for two reasons. Firstly, the cake tasted dry, despite its attractive appearance. Secondly, we had ordered a birthday cake but were given one with a “Happy Father’s Day” message instead. We understood that mistakes can happen, so we called the owner in a friendly manner to address the issue. Unfortunately, the owner responded rudely and defensively, insisting that it was our mistake. We reminded her that we were the customers and that her responsibility was to ensure satisfaction. Eventually, she offered a discount on our next purchase but failed to apologize for the error or provide satisfactory customer service. This left us feeling disappointed and dissatisfied.

The vegan cakes and cupcakes are dry and have a weird aftertaste. I’ve tried the cupcakes several times with the hope that it was a fluke, but unfortunately no change. I even had to throw out two of the four cupcakes I last bought because the taste was so awful.

I have been using this bakery for many years and kept going religiously! The decorating she does on the cakes are so amazing. But the cake itself was so dry every year cake after cake. I have three kiddos so I buy from her three times a year. It hurts me to write this review. But I hope all these disappointing customers with the low star rating for the cakes being rather dry will hopefully help Victoria with her cake baking skills. I won’t be returning to her but I’d be please to say all the cakes I asked for were decorated to perfection. It’s what inside the cake matters mostly especially to the guests.

Walked in to get a last minute cake, and we picked from whatever they had out; and boy oh boy we picked the most delicious cake!! She said Oreo, but it also had red velvet. The Oreo on top was cheesecake, so it was a good blend. The cakes didn’t look appealing at all but we took a chance. The prices are a bit high, but it was worth it for the cake.
