We ordered Tres Leches cake for an anniversary party and it was some of the best cake I’ve ever had! I’m so grateful to have been recommended Cake Pastel for our cake. The decoration was beautiful and the filling was absolutely delicious. We got many compliments on the cake from our guests. I’d highly recommend Cake Pastel!

This is a food store attached to the restaurant…so I went shopping. As I moved through the aisles, the experience was effortless. The shelves were well-stocked and perfectly organized, making it easy to spot what I needed. I didn’t have to hunt or stretch; everything was logically placed. The staff I encountered were just as pleasant—they offered a genuine greeting, and when I had a quick question about where the whole-wheat flour was, they didn’t just point, but walked me over with a smile…oh ya,the dining was experience was great and the food is authentic Mexican at its best.

Went in to get stuff to make tacos. Normally the man behind the meat counter is working and I have no problems getting what I need but he must have been gone and the two girls at the front counter chatted and looked at me a few times as I was waiting to get some steak. I had a basket full of tortillas limes salsa cilantro etc and after waiting 10 minutes, I started putting my stuff back and then she goes “ oh you want meat?” I said nope. We went to the new grocery store across town and got what we needed.

Can’t believe how much food I got for less that $6! Really happy with my visit. The food was delicious, the employees were kind, and the grocery store was fun to shop. Highly recommend stopping here for bread, groceries, food, or all of the above ♡

Chicken tacos which come with cilantro and onions but I added cheese and sour cream. I gave 4 stars as it’s not the cleanest place to eat. When you stay and eat you get chips and salsa but they charge if you get them to go. My table had no napkins or sauce. However everyone working there and other patrons are pretty nice.

This is a hole-in-the-wall place behind a Mexican grocery but don’t let that put you off – they serve hot, fresh, tasty Mexican food. Try the Steak Nachos or the Steak Burrito, and don’t miss the real Mexican Coca-Cola in a bottle.

I like this market and I really want to love it. The truth is that their sanitation in all areas other than the restaurant cooking area is far from adequate, and you don’t have to be a health inspector to see that. Unfortunately, they use those same areas to prep for the restaurant and deli packed foods. Additionally, I have to make it a point to check their packaged groceries for expiration. I’m so sick of buying stale chips from here. Otherwise, it’s a nice place to shop for shelf stable Mexican groceries and they sell the best Avocados in town.

Delicious eats at the little restaurant in the back, and tons of interesting products throughout the store!

This is a small, out of the way nook attached to a Mexican market. Slow service, but food was quick to table once ordered. And excellent! Chilaquiles was great, and best rice and beans I’ve had in a long time!
This would get 5 stars, but service was pretty slow. Friendly staff, but took a while to order and check out.
