The Cake Artist did a beautiful desert table for my daughter’s baby shower at The James Ward Mansion in Westfield last weekend. Ligia and her team did an incredible job! They perfectly executed my vision and each and every item was delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how good everything tasted and were so happy to take treats home, there was almost nothing left! I can’t recommend Ligia and Cake Artist enough – a great experience!

Although the cake looked good , but the taste, flavor , and filling was disappointing. The cake was not moist and the filling we asked for was minimum . If you are expecting good tasting cake then this is not the place .

Disappointing experience, would not recommend. Owner failed to tell me she couldn’t deliver what I asked for until I arrived to pick it up my customs cake. When I raised my concerns, owner was beyond rude about it. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with Cake Artist Cafe. As the picture shows, the cake fell apart entirely. I contacted Ligia and she immediately blamed the driver who is my family member. While I can’t know for sure what happened in transit, I trusted the person who picked up the cake and her responses were offensive and unhelpful when I merely wanted her advice on what could be done to salvage the cake.

My husband and I just got married on October 1st, 2017. We had a vision and idea in our minds, and wanted cake pops that symbolized a bride and a groom in someway. We were going to give these cakepops to our 200+ guests for their favors. We met Ligia at the Cake Artist Cafe one day, and we were sold! Let me tell you, we did NOT get let down. Ligia hit it out of the ballpark. It was such a pleasure and treat to work with her. She is such a sweet person and was so easy to work with. I cant tell you how many compliments we got from these cake pops. People wanted more, so we gave them the address in Cranford! They were absolutely delicious and melted in your mouth. The decor on the bride and groom were adorable and spot on. I was so pleased and cant thank her enough. I am going to use the Cake Artist Cafe again. I can promise you that! 🙂
