I haven’t been in years and remembered why. Love the green tomatoes, good job with the okra, enjoyed the beet salad – calamari smelled strong and tasted old. Fried chicken was ok, definitely had better. Service is great and cool atmosphere, but the food is mediocre.

Catfish bites app was very light and tasty for fried fish. Nice tartar sauce. Etouffee was unremarkable. Mac n cheese was gooey but lacked bold flavor. Blackberry cobbler was very good. Good service. Would come back for fried fish or fried oysters, not etouffee

Great food, great value and friendly service. The calamari/okra/artichoke appetizer was really delicious. The mains were good (shrimps and crawfish etouffee and chicken cordon bleu) but the sides were really surprisingly excellent! Definitely get the collards and the cucumber salad!

Came across this while I was in the area looking for something new to try. I am very glad this popped up as I was searching. I love Cajun food, and this place was not a letdown. Crab cakes & remoulade were awesome , and Oyster’s were fried light, and were delicious with a soft crunch. Jambalaya was amazing !!! Definitely will keep this place in heavy rotation.
