Nice people and we anticipated that it was going to be delicious… but they really missed the mark on barbecue. Just know I save 1 star reviews for totaly inedible food, and I was hesitant to even leave a rating. Usually just the smell tells you you’re in for a flavorful treat but that didn’t happen and should have taken it as my first clue. So since I’m not a local I expected anything from Tenesee and all the quality you’d expect from iconic foods like the Memphis Barbecue that this outfit would be a slam dunk, but NOPE!!! BOO My wife and kids were hungry enough to competitively eat roadkill and ended up only just picking through our orders. I wanted to take issue because it wasn’t cheap either, but we ate on the go with a schedule to keep and couldn’t really double back for them to think I was a cheapskate just looking for a refund, or hurt their feelings because they were so polite and they might have believed we got their best. Maybe our order was a rare occurrence (I know that can happen) but I didn’t gamble giving them a second chance and they weren’t open the day we headed back home anyhow. If you do chose these guys check to see if it’s being made fresh or see who’s already got their order and if they seem be enjoying it. Or you could start small yourself and who knows it might be okay that time? Anyhow… money is tight for everyone and this occasion it really felt wasted.

passing through the area on my way back to Dallas Tx. I tried the brisket, it didn’t even have a smoke ring and it was pretty tough to chew. Check out their own video on here of their brisket, it even shows a brisket not done right, looks like it started in the oven then tossed on the pit to try and build a bark. zero smoked ring. I believe in supporting all small businesses but this one is definitely a 1 timer for for me.

Absolutely the best ham ever!!! We got a ham from them for Christmas and it was the best we ever tasted. Definitely check them out for all your favorite bbq or catering needs. Thank you Angie from Dixie pawn shop for sharing these guys awesome food with us.

Stay away from this place i ordered the bbq chicken and it was dry and rubbery the next day i was sick to my stomach most likely food poisoning definitely do not recommend there food
