As a large company Kiewit we do a lot of lunch and learns or appreciation lunches well yesterday on short short notice I called first talked to John then Brenda ordered 40 meals which was pork chops rice dressing mac and cheese baked beans the food was amazing the delivery was amazing I will be ordering from here again absolutely amazing. I went in to Cajun Ventures today for a sausage class. I had a blast learning how to make sausage. Jacob and Brenda were fantastic hosts and the crew didn’t hesitate to jump in and helps when needed. They fed us brisket sandwiches for lunch and it was the best brisket sandwich I have had since moving to SE Texas. I had a great time and met some great people.

OverPriced and not worth it! I paid $16 for a plate lunch, which turned out to be just a small pulled pork sandwich and stale fries, neither were hot! Very disappointed!

A group of us attended a sausage making class that Cajun Ventures put together. We had a great time. The owner and crew are fantastic people. We had a chance to see the back kitchen area, smokers, etc. Everything is very clean and organized. We were impressed. They also cooked lunch for us and it was some of the best brisket I’ve ever had. I highly recommend giving them a try!

I dropped in today for a plate lunch and ended up taking home several frozen dishes and home made bread pudding. The people working there are extremely friendly and very helpful. I have eaten from their food truck at local events, and the food was equally delicious. My entree was full of meat and well seasoned. My sides could’ve used salt, but that’s a personal preference. All in all, I recommend their meat market as well as plate lunches.
