Glad to have driven past here. Very reasonably priced, friendly staff, and delicious. Had boil #1 today and can’t wait to come back for more crab/corn and to try the gumbo

The food was absolutely delicious— lots of Cajun heat and flavor!! Service was great and the gentleman even brought my food out to the car while I sat with my pup. 10/10 worth the drive and will be back with family and friends!!

We spotted Cajun Cuisine on our way to a quilt show and decided to go there for lunch. I’ve had Jambalaya in New Orleans and Cajun Cuisine was just as good! A rich broth and along with the chicken and sausage was simply delicious over the rice! Susan and her son have that great Southern hospitality and I enjoyed talking with them! I’ll be going back again! ⚜️⚜️

I was hoping for better. It was ok but not what I’d call good. Corn was drastically overcooked, mushy, and crazy salty. Let me say upfront I love salt and the entire meal was way too salty. Shrimp was overcooked and again very salty, I had the dungarees crab which was cooked perfectly but once again so salty you couldn’t taste the crab. I’m sure this varies night to night depending on the boil. I would not say I wouldn’t eat here again but it would require taking a chance on a $65 meal.

Absolutely blown away by this Cajun cuisine food truck in Bigfork! As someone who’s been seriously missing real Southern food (Originally from the South), this hit the spot in every way. The flavors were authentic, bold, and made me feel like I was back home. And shoutout to Cole; he was amazing. Super friendly, passionate about the food, and made the whole experience even better. If you’re craving legit Southern flavor Cajun food, this is the spot.

We had lunch here on a whim today, and wow! We were pleasantly surprised. Such friendly folks who are new to the valley from Louisiana, so this is authentic Cajun food, and it’s SO GOOD. They offer a couple of different dishes every day, in addition to their seafood boils. Our family shared a boil #1 and a bowl of chicken and sausage gumbo.
The seafood was well cooked and well seasoned and came with a potato and a small cob of corn. It was served with Cajun butter, which is also seasoned and a bit spicy. We loved it. The gumbo was also great. Our only complaint was that our 5 year old was shoveling gumbo down so fast that my husband didn’t quite get enough to eat. Definitely user error. We’ll order 2 next time.
