Finally got to visit this amazing Black-owned establishment over the holiday. Food was amazing – presentation, taste and temperature; I tried catfish and grits. Owner, Kaja, was present to greet guests and ensure staff and guests felt equally supported. Busy night with a large party that required extra attention separate from our small group but still we felt prioritized. Definitely returning on a future visit.

It’s hard to find a restaurant in my opinion, where the food tastes amazing the next day.
The catfish! Fried fish never tastes good the next day unless it’s made at home and y’all knocked it out the park!
I will definitely be back and can’t wait to try other things on the menu.
I’d come back just for the red beans and rice with cornbread:)
The okra was so good! I haven’t had that in so long!
I’m trying the greens next time.
I had a hard time ordering for my first time, Cajun is one of my favorites!
Also had two of the mixed drinks! Very tasty and packed the perfect punch without tasting boozy.
I’m excited to try the slushy ones this summer!

We went to Cajun Cuisine by Us on Saturday night before a LumberJacks game. We had a very good waiter, who brought popcorn for us to enjoy and took our order as soon as we were ready. The vibe was warm and friendly. The appetizer we chose were the veggie spring rolls. Everyone enjoyed them. Our dinners were terrific – pasta with shrimp and the King George and a bacon cheese burger. The Cajan meals were loved, but I want to call out the burger. As someone that is not a seafood or spicy fan, I normally do not expect much from the additional menu items. However, WOW to the burger. It was amazing. Top 5 burgers I have ever had. I now want to go back and try other burgers, and my family is excited to try more Cajun too. What a great addition to the downtown area! I can’t wait to go back!

Not only was the Mac and cheese snack worthy but the spring rolls were banging! The breading on the catfish was light and the fish was moist
The cornbread was sweet and soft in the middle with a light crunch to the top and bottom. Also they did amazing with my food allergy and were so accommodating! … The ambiance and artwork were also just so Inviting and even the bathrooms had a whole vibe (women’s anyhow lol). Definitely visit this place … It’s an experience I intend to have again!

A 10/10 experience. They use high quality ingredients, the flavor is absolutely perfect, the owner is very personable and took time to just chat with us and share some facts about her restaurant. She has a warm presence about her. The sweet tea is wood filtered and unlike anything you will ever try, a truly unique tea. The chicken falls apart and the pasta is perfectly creamy. We cannot wait to come back. Every good debate is complete only with a counter to your argument but I cannot think of a single thing I would change about this place. I encourage anyone to try them out!

The food was amazing! I’ve been waiting for those shrimp nachos since you’ve closed and they definitely didn’t disappoint! Kyler was an amazing server and all of the staff were friendly and checked in often. We will definitely be back soon!!
