We recently visited Cajun Crabs and Shrimp, and our server Julia made the experience absolutely wonderful. She was very attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, recommending several dishes since it was the first time some of my coworkers had visited the restaurant.
I ordered the mojarra, while the others tried the seafood bags. The mojarra was cooked perfectly—just a bit salty on the back side, but overall very well done. The presentation of all the dishes was excellent, and everyone I brought with me loved the place.
As for the spicy sauce, I usually eat a lot of chili, and I thought it was just right—not too mild, not too strong. The atmosphere was great, and as always, the service was outstanding. Every time I visit, Julia is my waitress, and she always does an excellent job. She takes the time to explain everything on the menu, even the smallest questions, with patience and a smile.
Julia is truly an exceptional employee—it’s rare nowadays to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and we truly appreciate the great service she provided. Congratulations as well to all the cooks, because the food was excellent overall, with no issues except the small detail on the mojarra.

First off, everything that was tried on the menu was on point and super tasty. Plus the portions are great! The only downside was….you know what I’m about to say! Yup they had small roaches going back and forth by the table. I think they thought they were in a runway show or something lol! When brought to the attention of the server she was quick to move me to another table and let us know that they had the place sprayed couple of nights before and perhaps that’s why they were parading around. They were two small ones if that makes a difference. She gave us a discount on the total and was very apologetic. Regardless of that small hiccup, the food was delish and the service was great too!

I ordered the combo and added a 1lb of lobster to my order. The representative that took my order said 1lb of lobster is 2 tails. Only for us to pickup the order and get back home with just 1 lobster. Mind you just the lobster added was $30. When I called back to explain what happened, the representative only asked what’s the order name and she kept me on 30mins hold till I had to drop off the call.
I don’t normally review businesses because I also have my own, but when a business lacks integrity and good customer service, we need to call it out. $15 will buy two Chick-fil-A burger for a homeless person, so yes it was worth reaching out to complain. And to add to it, the crab is my order was too salty.
Definitely the last time I will be dining here.

Pretty good food, recommend getting the seafood boil bags and everything els is kinda a toss up, I got a blackened fish plate and the fish were not blackened, they looked almost steamed and had red spots from some seasoning. But the seafood boil is to die for the drinks are very yummy, the service is ok, when it’s slow I feel like it harder to get their attention since they come around less often. The restaurant is very cute.

I don’t go as often but the times I’ve gone. I have been at the bar area. Sarai has been great host and I don’t drink alcohol but she made an awesome virgin michelada. It was bomb!!! I ordered some chicken wings because I loooove wings, and they are so tasty good but were too fried, they were crunchie but hard to chew, I’ll keep coming for them but hopefully they can fix their cooking times, because wing Wednesday is my favorite!!!

Oh my God, the food has gotten way better than the last time I was here. Okay, delicious. Loved the Catfish Po’Boy and an amazing bag of sausage and crawfish (and the choice of heads on or off and pick your level of heat). There was only 1️⃣ waitress working at the last minute for the lunch menu. Okay I mentioned there was only one waitress……..but she was AMAZING and worked it out!!Her name was Amanda, definitely ask for her next time you’re there!

Probably the worst I’ve been to yet. Dad’s burger was about a 3. I got the number 4. Shrimp was that cloudy grainy white like it had been frozen and unfrozen many times.. Honestly couldn’t even hold the food down. Worst 60 bucks I’ve ever spent

I love this place! The food is always so good and I go absolutely feral for their wings (which are half off on Wednesdays btw) because they are so juicy, crispy, huge, and sauce-aliciously delicious. B-dubs can’t hold a candle to them with their puny ahhh tiny wings (embarrassing). And of course, the staff are always so hospitable, attentive, and kind – especially Julia, who took such great care of me and my friends tonight!

I was looking forward to good cajun food this is not cajun. Frozen fried food, some freezer burnt. Gumbo was interesting to say the least. Never had it prepared that way… hope i never do again. No Louisiana beer? Not one Abita?
Restrooms smell (try mineral oil in your drains to knock down sewer smell). Floors were sticky. Some cute decore.
Anyone know an authentic cajun restaurant? Let me know.

If I could add more stars I would. Julia T. was our server and her good attitude and attention to detail was on par with the excellent food, what a treat. Besides making us feel welcomed she also made sure to let us know that in our next visit will come with a 10% discount! Don’t sleep on Cajun Crabs & Shrimps. We can’t wait to come back!
