Our server had no knowledge of the menu — including the drink menu. We asked for a Miller Lite and he had no idea what it was or whether they even carried it. That’s basic information a server should know. Employees who are unfamiliar with their own menu should not be placed on the floor serving guests.
We waited 15 minutes for drinks in a restaurant that wasn’t busy. The gator bites came out clearly undercooked — gray, wet inside, and very chewy. We brought it to the server’s attention and were told there was “nothing they could do,” and it would not be removed from the bill.
Our seafood boils were also missing items we ordered, and when we asked about it, we were told, “Oh, so you want to add more items?” instead of correcting the mistake.
Manager came out and stated “oh I guess you just are looking for me” very unprofessional
Being charged for undercooked food and errors that were never fixed is unacceptable. The lack of training, service, and accountability was obvious

Not to happy with the hush puppies a little to raw and greasy to me? Alligator bites not to bad besides the tail of the shrimp was one I bit into the boil was great a Lil cold but good wasn’t happy with the crayfish. Service was great though!!

It’s a laid back atmosphere. It’s never been very busy the couple times I have visited. Employees were polite and friendly both times I went. My table servide wasn’t that great. We had to ask to have our drinks refilled. This isn’t a cheap place to eat. It’s not overpriced for seafood but is probably overpriced for the quality. The seafood boil wasn’t good the first time I went. There were mussels that were cold and I questioned whether or not it was safe to eat the food. My boyfriend and I ended up having some tummy issues the next day. The second time the seafood boil was good. It was hot and tasted fine. You can definitely tell none of it was fresh though. The first time I went they had plain white table covers that you could draw and color on and the second time the table covers had a design on it. We preferred the plain white table cover so we could occupy our time with fun little games and drawing. I would go back here again.

It’s a good restaurant but they probably need to put a sign up that says no one is allowed in if you are under 21. Me and my boyfriend who is 19 tried to get in and were told they don’t serve people under that age. During that time a family of like 6 with like 4 kids under 10 with one person over 21 were allowed to dine in. I understand there is a bar but there is also multiple seating areas where you can be sat farther away without even seeing the bar. I’ve been multiple times with my mom and the food is honestly great I just think they should put a sign up on the restaurant or a warning on the website so if younger people are trying to go they know ahead of time and bring someone over the age requirement.

Atmosphere and server were nice. Chicken Jambalaya was ok. Husband had chicken and shrimp. He also said food was ok. Establishment had quite a turnout. I’m really not a seafood person. However, if I was I’m sure I would have enjoyed it a bit more.

Good seafood boil. The sauce was great. We went with the Cajun/mild. Also enjoyed the alligator bites. The margarita wasn’t very good though and the service was slow. Took 45min to get our food on a non-busy day

Ordered through DoorDash out of town in hotel. They gave me a boil bag in a brown paper bag with no plates or forks. Also, did not give me any butter for the two clusters of crab legs. Crab legs had very little meat. Potatoes and corn were good. That’s about it. 3 stars is pushing it

We had the shrimp basket with fries and onion rings. They were awesome! So tender and lightly breaded. Waitress kept check to see how we were doing. Very attentive. Will definitely go back!

This spot was my fourth place to trying seafood boil but MY least favorite.
My reason:
I’m not a huge fan of buttery flavors. I understand that butter and garlic is used in the seasoning, but I was hoping for more of a Cajun flavor, with medium heat which is what I ordered. However, what I got was garlic butter, butter, butter and very mild, no spice.
Because I felt a gag-reflex coming on, I decided to take the rest home.
However, the service was good.
Suggestion:
Management should discourage customers from filming the restaurant and using the cell flash feature on the phone to capture the restaurant and other guests. There are people with seizure and vision disorders and it’s unsafe and unfair to others who are dining in the restaurant.
