Delicious! I normally get the wings from here but decided on something different so I ordered the fish and shrimp platter. Both were cooked to golden perfection with the right amount of seasoning. 1 piece of fish and 7 jumbo shrimp. That’s probably the only thing bad I could say about it. MOST not all you get two pieces of fish. To each is own. I did the loaded fries they were perfect as well.
The aesthetics of the place is awesome big tv with the game on. The cook is from Memphis and he told me; “I know yall got that good food down here but after you taste this Memphis flavor I know you’ll be back”. The price was normal in comparison to the other places around town. I believe my total came up to about 25.00 with the loaded fries and fish add on. So that’s not bad. Like I said other platters are full plates (2 pieces of fish) but regardless are you eat here you will be back. I’ve had the wings and will do a separate review of them another time but they don’t miss at all either. A drink doesn’t come with it but they got some fiya kool aid and a variety of other drinks.

Yuck!; Don’t go here. The wait was 45 minutes for burnt burgers, and super dry Jambalaya. The chicken strips were okay. But $2.50 for a bottled water and no fountain drinks. It was $32.32 terrible. What a waste of time and money. How can we get our money back? The good thing was we fed the homeless.

Everything we ordered was just okay. Nothing special about it. It was good but not great. Nothing really stood out to me. The blazing Cajun wings weren’t very spicy. Fish plate and Mac and cheese just okay. Food orders took sometime, I assume because everything is cooked to order but we were the only ones seated in the restaurant and still waited at least 15-20 minutes. I probably wouldn’t give it another shot.

Look they got the wing game on LOCK!!! Over 20 wing flavors and a plethora of sides to choose from! I’ve had about 6 or 7 flavors so far and not one of them have missed!! The owner makes almost everything from scratch in the kitchen and she does not miss!! Always a vibe with the jams in the background. Tv is on with the remote in arms length if you want to change the channel. Military friendly. They’re the whole package! 10/10 would recommend again and again! Keep doing a great job!

Being from Little Havana, Miami, I don’t hype wings easily. Back home it’s Flanigan’s or Hooters, so if I say a wing spot is good, it actually means something. We just moved here from Texas, I’m in the military, and I’ve always heard New Orleans had the food. I drive I-10 every day and kept seeing the Cajun Blazin Wings sign, so I finally decided to stop and see if it lived up to the hype.
Pulled up on 12/28/25 and asked if I could try their Cajun Blazin sauce. The young lady at the counter was cool and brought me a sample. One bite later, I was sold. I ordered half Cajun Blazin wings and half Mango Habanero.
These are the best wings I’ve had in a minute. Super fresh, cooked right, and full of flavor. The Cajun Blazin has real heat and seasoning, not just spice for the sake of spice, and the Mango Habanero is perfectly balanced with a nice kick. Don’t sleep on the cheese fries either. They hit them with that spicy Cajun seasoning and it takes them over the top.
This spot is officially gonna be my go-to for football parties from now on. If you’re in the Lakeshore Village area, Cajun Blazin Wings is definitely worth the stop or to order from. Coming from someone born and raised in Miami and picky about wings, they delivered.

All right I’m going to give my honest opinion about the delivery order I received from Cajun blazing. Service was great I even asked for celery that wasn’t listed on the Uber Eats. They included a few pieces they could have included a few more. But they did include. The wings were well prepared they were cooked perfect. Their flavors were good but they could use a little tweaking. Their spicy barbecue had very minimal heat I would have just considered it barbecue. The buffalo ranch was also a little milder than I would have expected. But overall the food was good it was cooked well it arrived hot. Their sauces could use a little work. A few of the Wings had kind of a weird texture but I think it was just the bird that came from. Nothing to do with the restaurants quality itself. Overall I would definitely buy their wings again. I just wish their sauces would have a little more ump to them.

This is a family-owned place with pride in their food. The sauces were so good. I loved the spice level. My lips still . We got 2 combos with Jamaican jerk, mango habeñero, and Buffalo sauces. They give you a HUGE amount of house-made ranch dipping sauce. I don’t like ranch, but this was really good! I dipped my fries in it.

I definitely will be back! Cashier was so nice and very patient with us while we looked over the menu. Restaurant was clean as well. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo. I recommend the Jamaican Jerk and Honey garlic wings, as well as one of their cheesecakes! I got the banana pudding cheesecake and it did NOT disappoint! They are sweet but not overbearing. Everything was so good. I will def be back!

Found this place while looking for a place to have wings. Was not disappointed. The owner Tori was amazing and so sweet. This is my favorite place to stop anytime I am in Slidell. I bring more people with me everytime. Def my new to go spot for wings. Oh and the ghetto punch is fantastic. Def recommend this gem.
