Horrible customer service. No one there speaks English. They look at you like they are doing you a favor when we are paying their paychecks. And the quality of the food is definitely not grade A. I had a steak sandwich once and it was hard and full of fat. Then I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I bought oxtail and when I got home all they gave was the tiny little pieces. Later when I told the lady she asked me if I was sure that I had ordered from them. And not long ago I want to buy a Cuban coffee and it seems like it bothered the lady. Seriously I don’t know if only family works there, but if so the owner needs to teach them how to value the customers. They need to smile a little bit more we are not in Cuba.

We eat here every Tuesday during our winter visit (3 months) before we see an afternoon movie. We usually split a fish dinner (plenty of food!) A veggie and rice or roasted potatoes, very tasty and healthy. English is not their first language, but I have always found them helpful and friendly. Would highly recommended

I just ordered food went to the parking lot and everything was literally cold. I couldn’t believe how cold it was. They must not be using warmer to keep the food warm. I went inside the mall and complained to the lady at the register and she told me to warm it up in the microwave, lol I cannot believe how ridiculous she was about that and the ox tail was super tough and it tasted old and it was cold in the middle like it was refrigerated or something

Food is good, but lately they have been mixing left overs from previous day with current food. Not cool and unhealthy! Had to throw away the food that i just purchased.

The food tastes delicious. I, on the other hand, did not think the portions were big. I also was overcharged. When I said something about it, it seemed they weren’t to keen on speaking English.
Aside from that, if you want Cuban food, I’d recommend it.
