I live down the street from this place and have gone here for a few meals with the family, date night drinks with my wife and so on. I’ve said to people in Pelham that the best burger in town is at Caffe Regatta (see pic). Love that one of the owners is the chef and has done a great job.
We went here last night to celebrate my wife’s birthday and while it has been about a year since we last sat down for a meal, we were quickly reminded on how good it is! We ordered a lot – three apps and each of us having a main. It was impressive to see the owner by himself in the kitchen crank these dishes out for us.
The staff is very friendly and highly attentive. Very lucky to have a place where we can walk 30 seconds for some really good food! We will continue to eat here and tell others about this local establishment.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Westchester.
Chef Anthony and his wife Monique own and operate the restaurant and you couldn’t ask for a more friendly, welcoming & generous couple of people – not to mention the staff John and Vinny who are a total riot and are always super welcoming.
The fresh seafood selection alone is worth coming for, but then there are the steak and chicken dishes, fish entrees, pastas, and pizzas that are all outstanding. Brunch is a must-try too… lobster benedict.
Standouts are the seafood towers, live lobster, shrimp scampi, steak tagliata, chicken saltimbocca – and whatever is on the specials menu is always worth trying. Lamb lollipops, lobster tail pasta, polenta with roasted chestnuts, osso buco… Even the desserts are spectacular.
Highly highly HIGHLY recommended – you will be a regular before you know it.

Moderately pricey restaurant. Dishes were not consistently well executed. The wine by the glass menu provided very limited information about the options. Having said that, the sancerre and tempranillo selections were quite decent.

We love this place. The service is fantastic. We’ve been coming here for probably 10 years and the service and food are consistently great. Our favorite appetizers are fried calamari and flat bread. Pork chop is amazing. If you go for brunch, lobster Benedict is perfect. Everything we ever ordered was perfect.

The place, the ambiance, the food is all lovely. We enjoyed our meal here. They were busy but did not rush us. Do note that if you are using a Groupon, it won’t make a difference to your total bill that you pay there.

Great little restaurant in Pelham Manor. Tasty seafood dishes, wine, steak, and pizza. Nice ambiance. Small, cute, and cozy. Great for all occasions. We order the crab cakes and hanger steak almost every time. The shrimp scampi is fantastic too.

We decided to come here for date night dinner. We were seated promptly. The staff was friendly and helpful with the menu recommendations. We decided to share our dishes and there was enough food for two people. The food was tasty and fresh. The dessert was like heaven melting in your mouth. We had a nice time here and I recommend it to those who are looking for a seafood restaurant with an Italian flair.
