As a cafe connoisseur, I LOVE this place. Probably some of the best coffee I’ve ever had – AUTHENTIC Italian coffee, too. I’m from Michigan and I promise you can’t find anything like it here. If you haven’t been…go. This place is hands down one of THE best. If you’re Italian, you’ll love it more than most. It feels like being at the great grandparents house…awesome people, delicious eggplant parm sandwich, cappuccino and yummy desserts. It’s a great place to hang out and enjoy your afternoon. It’s definitely my favorite place to wait for my loved ones that are flying into O’hare or just grab a coffee.

This is place has the best capuccino I have ever tried! I don’t live close, but everytime a family or friend needs a ride to or from the airport I volunteer, just to visit this place! I highly recommend it!!! Not just because their croissants, pastries and coffee are amazing, but because Claudia and her father treat you like family!!! Amazing people, service and food!!!!

I loved this joint. Very warm atmosphere. I was surrounded by the best Italians complaining about their overweight grandkids obsessed with videogames. This place has great coffee, With good prices. $2 bucks for a large coffee. Tip the waitress who is multitasking 4 different people.

A very nice place with authentic Italian decorations and a small-town vibe. This place is fantastic. Unlike other coffee establishments, Caffè Pronto possesses a warm culture that resembles the local neighborhood place where everyone knows each other, and whoever walks into the store is NOT a stranger, but a real neighbor. It’s not like the standardization and isolation that one usually feels upon entering a frigid Starbucks and Dunkin’ Donuts, where the personnel are trained to make customers think that the personnel cares about them. At Caffè Pronto, you are treated warmly with real cheer, like a human being should be treated.
