I will have to come back and try something else from the menu. The salad dressing was tasteful The salad itself was lettuce different types and that was it. I don’t remember the name of the pasta dish I got the shrimp in it was really good but the rest of the dish was the equivalent of those extra large cup of noodles you get at the dollar store throw the shrimp in and it became a fancy dish. However I am not opposed to returning and trying something else The environment was fun energy was good the waiter was awesome The beer I had was tasty.

Caffé Molise is such a vibe! Cozy, vintage, and so pretty inside. The pasta was delicious! We tried the gnocchi, pomodoro mozzarella, and penne di caprino, and loved them all. The service felt a little cold and rushed at first, which threw things off, but it got better by the end. Still, the food and atmosphere make it a great spot if you’re not in a hurry.

There are lots of great Italian restaurants in the area to choose from but this is one I’ll definitely be coming back to. The servings are huge to start allowing for sharing dishes and plenty of leftovers.
The service was great as well and Conor was excellent checking in on us frequently but never having us feel rushed.
It’s easy to spend a lot here but also great place to do an affordable date night.

Cafe Molise is a beautiful restaurant located in a restored 1915 historic building in downtown SLC. We were a party of seven. I do not know what everyone ordered but know that three of us ordered Penne di Caprino, Gnocchi de Patate, and Pesce del Giorno (Sea Bass). One member of my party order a side of seared scallops. All was very good and filling. A lovely restaurant for a special evening out. Highly recommend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (because 5 just isn’t enough!)

What an incredible dining experience! The butternut ravioli was absolutely to die for, rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. My husband, who’s a true Italian and very particular about his pasta, couldn’t stop raving about the pappardelle, saying it tasted just like his momma’s homemade. That’s the highest compliment possible!

The ambiance was beautiful, warm, and romantic, and the staff was exceptional, attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do. This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorites. Can’t wait to come back!

Delicious. I got the shrimp scampi and it was unbelievably good (spicy fyi). Everyone else loved everything. The Crème brûlée was incredible and the chocolate mousse made me weak in the knees.

What a cool spot! My wife and I had a nice date night here. Favorite food was the ravioli appetizer! Very attentive service. Lasagna was very well done and I loved the bread. We will be back sometime.

We went for lunch at Caffe Molise – it was fresh and good. It wasn’t crowded at all. The special was beef stroganoff which was tender and very good.

Excellent food! I would not have chosen the Penne De Caprino – but it was the waiters highest recommendation. No regrets at all, this was an excellent choice, thanks for the recommendation! I would definitely come try more dishes in the future!

Can’t get over how lovely the outdoor patio is—it’s quiet, elegant, and the perfect place for a date night. The meal felt like a proper multi-course experience: we had bread to start, a ravioli appetizer, a FREE house salad, and then our pasta, which was super fresh and flavorful. Every bite felt thoughtfully prepared, and the portion sizes made it feel like you got your money’s worth. Service was smooth and friendly, making the whole night feel effortless and enjoyable. I loved that it was fancy enough to feel special but still relaxed, so you can just enjoy yourself without feeling rushed. Honestly, it’s one of my go-to spots now for nights when I want a little elegance, amazing food, and a chill outdoor vibe. Definitely a local favorite that I’ll be back to again and again.
