We had a family member in town and decided to take her to Naples for the afternoon. We wanted to change it up and try somewhere new, so we chose Caffé Milano and we were not disappointed.
We sat inside, which to our surprise was packed (always a great sign). Even though the restaurant was very busy, our server Tyler did an excellent job. He checked on us consistently and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we sat down until the end of our meal.
We enjoyed a delicious glass of wine along with a breadbasket and olives. The olive oil on the table was incredible, perfect for dipping the bread and hard to stop eating. We ordered the gnocchi, carbonara, and tortellini. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, but the tortellini was the standout, hands down the best dish at the table.
Every plate was cleaned. Great food, great service, made this a wonderful experience. This was such a pleasant surprise, and we will definitely be back.

I would go here again for a lunch or dinner any time. It’s on a very busy street but the food is high quality. There is no parking attached but there is a close garage. I would recommend the fresh pasta they have daily. There are many appetizers and we enjoyed the mozzarella and prosciutto. The waiters share specials that are made that day and would lean to getting one every time.

The food was okay. I had a burger and my husband had chicken Parmesan. The atmosphere is nice because it’s lively & in an upbeat location in Naples.
However they need to work on customer service. A couple sat down next to us after and was offered water and bread and a rack to put the lady’s bag. We were not offered any of that. When we asked we got it. But everyone should be treated equally at a place and this was not our experience.
It was a weird vibe in there. Would not return due to that. Tiramisu was not good.

Seating and service was prompt. Our server Ashley was very attentive. They have a nice outside area with space heaters in the evening. The menus were a little dirty which was initially concerning, but all the food was excellent.
They brought a warm bread with olives for an initial snack. I got a ravioli of the day which was a lamb ravioli with a lamb and cream sauce. My wife got a linguine bolognese. Both dishes had plenty of flavor and left nothing to be desired. We were both very full with just our main dish.
For dessert we elected to get ice cream at their adjacent bakery/ice cream shop which offers 10% with a receipt from Caffé Milano.
They have some vegetarian options for pasta and salads, and they have some meat and fish options as well. The menu isn’t large, but still offers plenty of selection.
Overall we were very satisfied and would repeat this meal.

For 10 years, Cafe Milano on 5th Ave has been our favorite Naples gem, and it never fails to impress! The food is consistently fresh – the grilled octopus is always tender and full of flavor, perfectly paired with a large, refreshing mojito that hits all the right notes. The cozy, elegant atmosphere makes every visit memorable. Our waiter, Sasha, who’s served us for a decade, is truly extraordinary – warm, attentive, and always spot-on with drink recommendations, making us feel like VIPs every time. His genuine care and charm elevate every meal. Highly recommend this treasure for authentic Italian vibes! We’ll keep coming back!

Place was delicious. Went on a Monday night and were sat promptly. We were provided with fresh bread and complimentary prosecco. Our waiter (I forgot his name) was awesome. Shorter guy with glasses and tats. My steak has a delicious marinade and cooked perfectly to medium rare. My friend got the seafood pasta and it was delicious. This place gets it!

The food, waiters, and everyone else here including the lady running the place yesterday were amazing. She noticed that we were ordering a lot of chocolate and gave us a free scoop of chocolate gelato which was so very kind. I absolutely loved the chocolate cake. The ravioli of the day was so different (it was lamb on Sunday) and melted in our mouths. Just a fantastic, wonderful dining experience. Café Milano is good — but not quite great. The location on Fifth Avenue is excellent, with a lively atmosphere and solid service. The food was fresh and nicely presented, but a few dishes lacked the depth of flavor I expected for the price point. The wine list and cocktails were both well-curated, and the outdoor seating is perfect for people-watching. Overall, a pleasant experience — just shy of exceptional.

We had an incredible experience and a huge part of that was Tyler. We were 15 women on one of the busiest days on Fifth Avenue (Cars on 5th), which is no small feat.
Our table had every kind of order imaginable … multiple cocktails, wine, bottles, non-alcoholic drinks, split dishes, shared plates, substitutions … you name it. Somehow, Tyler got every single order exactly right without missing a beat.
He was attentive, fun, professional, and clearly working incredibly hard the entire time. He kept everything organized, the energy positive, and made what could have been a chaotic table feel effortless.
