Now a Seattle coffee institution, Caffe Ladro opened our first location on Upper Queen Anne in 1994. People ask about the company name origin. Caffe Ladro is Italian for coffee thief. When we opened up right next to Starbucks, we intended to pinch their customers with the best Seattle coffee and staff we could find. Caffe Ladro in Issaquah Highlands fuels area residents and shoppers with excellent coffee, house-made pastries, and sustainably and ethically produced coffee. If you’re in Issaquah, we’re likely the best coffee near you. We source our beans directly when possible, and roast our blends and micro-lots at our Seattle Queen Anne facility.

Above average coffee places. The ambience here was great and the place was busy. I personally didn’t try any coffee but tried there smoothie. I had a strawberry banana smoothie and it was good. Maybe the strawberry used were more on sour side so that made a smoothie a bit sweet and salty – still a experience though.

Such a go-to spot for me. Anytime I’m nearby, I stop in. The staff is super friendly and they make really good coffee. Medici is one of my favorites. It’s refreshing and tastes great. The place is cozy, clean, and just feels welcoming. I also love their roast blends.

Had a 10/10 experience with a few pleasant surprises! They had a great holiday drink menu, I HIGHLY recommend the Maple Cinnamon Latte, it has cinnamon infused maple syrup. They had a cyber Monday deal going so my holiday beverage was only $4! They also had vegan food options. The vegan berry muffin was delicious. Plenty of places to sit inside, as well as outside, with seating options in the sun or shade. Coffee tasted quality and was crafted with care, not rushed at all. Each drink came with latte art which I thought was special.

It’s a small coffee place that’s good to pop in and out of for a quality cup of joe. It’s rather small and has an open layout with small tables. So not really a place to go sit and write a book, do work on your laptop or relax. That’s not a negative thing, it’s just what it is. The staff were professional, courteous, and helpful, and like I said it’s a great cup of coffee. They have a small variety of normal coffee shop pastries and desserts that you would expect. However, the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake should not be ignored.

Have been here on multiple occasions for business meetings. Limited food selection but coffee is good. Friendly staff and bright atmosphere. Get plenty of natural light but not direct sunlight, which is a huge plus for me. They have outdoor seating also. Good location and easy parking. Good place to plan meet ups 🙂

There aren’t many people that get things here so the customer count is low. However, the staff was amazing and the coffee we got tasted amazing too! Would recommend! The latte and the blueberry scone were delish as well.
