The staff is very nice and the vibe/view is great as well. However you just can’t get past their greed and price gouging. I took a picture of the menu as of the time of writing this review for your reference. $5 for a regular coffee? $9 for an “eggy bagel” with no meat?

Additionally I like to bring an insulated cup to keep my drink warm, but I know health code does not allow it to be filled, so I ask for it “for here” so as to not waste a paper cup. I poured it into there and you can see the height. About 33% less coffee than what I receive when ordering the same size at other places and pouring it in.

So given the small amount served and the reduction in quantity you’re paying 2x as much here roughly when all neighboring coffee houses average $3.

I cannot comment on the food as I did not want to spend that much money and generally speaking prefer to make my own meals.

The guy who was the cashier had great customer service. There was one tall girl with black hair in the back who looked extremely bothered I asked to return the croissant because it was burnt. The door is very difficult to open. You have to push the heavy door that needs to be fix. The prices are not bad. It’s very relaxing because it’s by the water. Almost forgot the fork was dropped at the table. The cashier was nice and it being by the water was the only reason why I gave it this rating. But the door needs to be fixed.

This little gem in Sanford. We were looking for a place to have breakfast and found this cute spot with a varied menu of coffees, smoothies, desserts, and delicious food. I ordered a croissant with bacon and a large latte, both simply exquisite. The service was quick and friendly. I hope to return when I have more time.

Such a perfect spot for a cafe! I had an Espresso Shake that was so creamy and thick, delightful. The employees are also very nice and chill. I love that they have outdoor seeting and are literally located right next to the beautiful mixed-use path along Lake Monroe. On said path are bike loli-pop parking spots and a water fountain. Gotta love active mobility and development that capitalizes on it!

This cafe is a delightful stop in downtown Sanford. The view of the lake is phenomenal, and the people working here are friendly and positive.

Drink options are plentiful and include coffees, teas, and Italian sodas. Their espresso is consistently solid and their baristas are knowledgeable. Pretty much everything you’d want in a good brunch cafe.

Food is about what you’d expect at a cafe, and frankly just a bonus so I feel that rating the food here is unimportant, as the real victory this place claims is in atmosphere and comfort.

Unfortunately, prices have skyrocketed. Some items have raised by over 25%. As an example, a Monroe Harbor raised from $11.95 to $16.12, and a cappuccino is $6.69 for a large. These prices are higher than several coffee shops we visited in Boston Massachusetts. Competitively pricing is fine, but there are coffee shops with far better value for price. I would say this is uncharacteristic of most places within Sanford Florida. Because of the price increase, I cannot confidently recommend this shop as I once did.

Caffé Di Riverwalk is a cozy nook of smiles and friendly vibes. Their outdoor seating sings a duet with the river, making studying a dreamy affair. The Egg, Bacon, and Cheese Croissant? Simply a bite of heaven! Though the coffee played a shy tune and was pretty average.

Plain bagel, butter and cream cheese was really good. Various teas and coffee. Also sitting outside by the water was a nice vibe. Not a very big cafe, but was perfect for early morning tea and bagel

Updating my review. We haven’t been back for awhile and the experience was outstanding. We both shared a muffin and each had an eggy bagel on everything bagel. Outstanding! Hubby had the rocket fuel coffee, his favorite. I had an wonderful cappuccino made by Ethan. It was not only beautiful to look at, but absolutely delicious. If you are looking for an excellent breakfast or brunch spot, check them out.
